Location , noise level
Bed ,bedding , receiving the key, and dropping it off were very bad 👎 no one around to ask for help ever Ac goes off on its own.. the washing machine doesn't work only 1 toilet paper roll only one bed maid and not enough sheets for second bed arrived and bed was not ready After a long flight... No espresso machine No coffee at all no milk no water not even 1 bottle The rules are strict and nothing in guest favor
