Lovely clean house, and only a short walk to the main promenade at Cleethorpes!

Very clean and well decorated with new facilities throughout the property.
Easy comms and entry to property.
Quiet location (builders next door one day but no control of that from the property owner)
Some extra provisions would be good e.g washing up liquid, dishcloth, coffee machine etc….
Parking can be a bit tight outside the property and tricky to get turned at times with cars parked both sides of the road, did manage to get parked round the corner instead most of the time though.

Rooms were great size, plenty of space downstairs and open living for easy access to kitchen and dinning area. Well decorated and very clean.
Great location for everything we needed to see family in Cleethorpes and Grimsby. So close to the beach waking distance within 10minutes.
The house had lots of amenities such as towels, hair dryers, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, tv’s, deck chairs, iron and ironing board, cleaning products, fridge, freezer etc.
Parking was a little difficult as street is so narrow and ongoing building work nearby, but can easily park around the corner.

the property was spotless and nice and spacious with 3 bedrooms which were beautifully designed, the mattresses were very comfy and we even had a choice of extra pillows if we wished to. There was a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer along with a cooker with a large dining table to enjoy your meals. The living room was nice and cosy and it was nice and warm as we had an electric fire, there was also two TVs one in the dining area and one in the living room and we were also able to access different apps such as netflix and many more, along with a wide variety of main channels to watch. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and clean, and the shower had a big head along with a small head creating more space if more than one person were to use. I felt at home, the price for 3 nights for the property is amazing and I would definitely stay again if we were to visit Cleethorpes again in the future. thank you
