Location, beds were comfortable.

The front door was not working, couldn't get in or out which was a safety hazard in the event of a fire at the back door rubbish left in bins, generally not clean.

The rooms including the bedrooms were really comfy , clean and welcoming

There was no working cooker or cooker hob in the kitchen , I took lots of food that could not be cooked, there was an air fryer and microwave which would be ok for 2 - to 3 people at a push, we were a family of 6 it made the stay very costly as we had to eat out. When I did use the microwave I had to buy my own pots to cook as there were no pots supplied, the kitchen cupboards were full of paint and other products. The cutlery was very limited . The reason for my low scores was due to the kitchen it really was a very big let down. They should have let us know that the cooker and hob were not in working order also they should have supplied pots to cook in the microwave. Some electric sockets in the house were faulty . This was such a pity as the rest of the property was lovely.
