The pool was amazing

It’s insane with flies, never saw this many flies in my life and they don’t have any proper setup to handle it. Can’t even eat or stay in peace for 2min.

The hot spring pool was actually nice. Location of the glamping between the volcano and lake is beatiful.

When we were visiting half of the drinks on the menu weren’t available… beers, juice, cocktails. For the breakfast we had to choose the meal a day in advance and in the morning we still had to wait for 45 minutes for the granola bowl - the only food that didn’t need to be cooked took the longest. Also, the outer case of the tent could not be closed. The flow of the water was kinda slow. We were overall disappointed, for the higher price you expect more.

We loved our stay here! The place is amazing in the middle of mountains. Our tent is very clean and has everything. Loved the happy anniversary decoration as well. It’s a bit chilly in the night so a dip in the thermal pool is a must. The food and staff too are wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay.

Only the flies, but they are normal and part of nature. Maybe add mosquito or insect repellant and other insect protection to the place especially in the restaurant area.

Nothing much to do on site except spa services, the hot spring is amazing but a cold pool for the day would definitively a plus.

Absolutely spectacular location and view of Mt Batur on a clear day. Friendly and well trained staff and the vibe in the place is generally very chill. The hot spring pool was a novelty and quite special. Food is solid. We drove a little around the area and this place is definitely one of the best.

The noise is pretty intense on several fronts so a sound sleep was somewhat elusive - the restaurant starts early in the morning, with their playlist on a loop throughout the day, until dinner has finished. This is within the site’s control so can be potentially reviewed and adjusted if they choose to. Then the night games start around 3am when the road beside the tents revs up with all the jeeps heading up the mountain for the early trekking tours. This is an unfortunate consequence of the otherwise amazing location. And the ever present flies are hard to ignore. A Kintamani issue that will be hard to solve for without compromising design at a site level.

love the ambience, the tent is very comfortable, the view is very beautifull. Food is greatt!!! all of the staff is very helpfull. we reccomend this place very muchh, would lovee to visit again!

I really loved the hot spring pool. The scenery was absolutely amazing. The service was also very friendly. On top of that, the food at the restaurant was delicious. The room was also clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a stay here!

The place is so beautiful, stylish and quiet. I don't understand the reviews saying there are lots of flies in this property — excuse me, the flies are everywhere if you choose to stay in Kintamani, this is a farm area so this is a part of local nature. The second thing about noise — well, when you choose a tent you must understand that there is no soundproof. I was sleeping well because all the neighbours were respectful and quiet. It was an amazing stay. The pool is beautiful, we enjoyed bonfire in the evening. Yes there are a lot of noises from the nature (flies, mosquitos, dogs, cicadas), but I think when you come to a place like that you understand that this is a natural area. It's a perfect place to get grounded, to relax, to chill in a pool, to read a book near your tent, to enjoy dinner with mountain view and bonfire. We will definitely come back.

I can only recommend what to improve: the quality of food in the restaurant (but morning shakshuka was nice!) and also you could give 1 big and 1 small pillow (for now there are only 2 big pillows) because my neck felt a bit uncomfortable in the morning.

The design and landscaping are one of a kind. Beautiful

Could be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. Also the way they charge for breakfast is very stingy. Only one drink, either a coffee or a juice. If you want both or a second cup of coffee they charge you extra. At the price you should serve unlimited coffee/tea for breakfast. Not a fault of the hotel but there are lots of flies due to nearby farms and it’s very noisy from barking dogs, motorbikes all night long.

I really liked the location since it’s very close to other convenient super markets and I can just walk to a local super market, the bed was very comfy had a great sleep

I didn’t like how the staff needed pushing to do things like for a example most people will come down and put water or salt and pepper but with this place you need to ask for everything and you get tired of asking since you don’t want to seem like a rude person, the food was horrible I oderd eggs and it smelt nearly expired I had one bite and did not eat the rest and I payed and left and no staff asked me if I enjoyed the food, they did not care that the whole plate was there, and I also oderd another plate of eggs for my daughter and they didn’t even give me bread who eats eggs without bread ! And when I asked for bread they charged me extra even tho the breakfast comes with the booking I oderd, this place just needs fixing with more trained staff since the place is amazing and the staff level of knowledge is not fit for how luxurious the place is and a better chef since the food was horrible

From the moment we arrive until the last second of our stay . Everything was perfect , staff was so friendly and thoughtful, We felt we could ask anything, and they always made us feel happy, also with really clean rooms with an amazing view which make us really comfortable. The hot spring pool was top and here has so many activities that we can do, the staff will arrange everything, I personally recommend the batur lake tour. Breakfast and the food there are great. This place has really great ambiance, with the view and there is also campfire, which make everything great and lovely. We will definitely come back here

Все очень эстетично и красиво,вид на горы потрясающий,встречали рассвет,просто выйдя из палатки. Не плохие завтраки,обслуживание очень понравилось

На территории очень много мух,невозможно лежать у бассейна или просто сидеть в ресторане. Нужно регламентировать время,до которого на территории можно шуметь. Мы приехали отдохнуть на природе,но гости глемпинга громко разговаривали и смеялись до 1:00 ночи и после в 4 утра встали на экскурсию и так же громко себя вели. Днем стаф убираясь так же громко смеются и разговаривают что не дает отдохнуть даже днем. Матрасы самые дешевые и если вы спите не одни и у вас чуткий сон,вы будете чувствовать каждое движение. Так же мы заказали массаж,который как оказалось делают у вас в палатке на кровати. Делала явно не массажист,а просто девушка не имеющая к массажу никакого отношения. Через 10 минут мучений отказались от массажа.

Отличная локация! Приехали компанией друзей и были безумно рады горячему бассейну потому что смогли потогреться после ливня, который застал нас по пути Еда оказалась вкусной, а территория очень красивой

Расположено в шикарном месте, посреди красивой природы. Все сделано со вкусом и чисто. Отличное место для отдыха. Все необходимое есть. Необычный отдых в палатках со всеми удобствами. Есть большой ресторан с удобными креслами, где можно провести отличные вечера и даже поработать. Очень рада что провела свой отдых именно здесь. Все на высшем уровне.

Это очень интересная была поездка, отель находится рядом с озером и термальными горячими источниками. Жить в палатке для меня было впервой, необычно Палатка маленькая, вмещает кровать,шкаф,кондиционер…а за шкафом туалет и душ Если ехать парой то близость будет на 100% про личное пространство можно забыть Завтраки вкусные и большой выбор Но если будут в соседней палатке люди, то будь готов что их разговоры будут слышно и как купаются и смывают Песни цикад тут по расписанию,рано утром и в обед

Было очень красиво, невероятная природа, чистый воздух, из любой точки шикарный вид !

Единственный плюс этого отеля — красивый вид на горы и большой бассейн с горячим источником. Всё остальное оставляет крайне неприятное впечатление.

Нас сначала заселили в тент прямо у дороги, не предупредив, что в 3 часа ночи мимо будут проезжать десятки джипов, поднимающихся на Батур. Часов в 8 вечера где-то поблизости начали петь караоке, мы не смогли спокойно отдыхать. Попросили переселить нас, но персонал сначала долго отказывались, потом перевели, но уже в номер без ванной. Компенсацию за понижение категории выплатили, но после длительных переговоров. Изначально хотели просто переселить 🤦🏼‍♀️ Еда в ресторане ужасная: на ужине подали протухший паштет (с запахом и послевкусием пропавшего мяса), паста и салат невкусные, ингредиенты несвежие. Из нормального был только куриный суп. В целом ресторан оверпрайс и совсем не стоит того. Завтрак тоже разочаровал, было невкусно и еда как будто пластиковая. Персонал в ресторане громко общается между собой, создавая атмосферу столовки, а не отеля. Жаль, место с таким потенциалом испорчено плохим сервисом и халатным отношением к гостям. Не рекомендую, если хотите отдохнуть спокойно и с комфортом.

l'endroit est superbe et propre. les chambres sont agréables. la piscine aussi et le firepit est top.

il y avait énormément de mouches donc ce n'était pas agréable de rester dehors près de la piscine ou de déjeuner dehors ce qui est dommage. on nous donne seulement des antimouches pour la nourriture mais rien d'autre n'est fait. il n'y a pas de sac pour aller aux douches donc c'est compliqué de devoir transporter les serviettes et produits de douches et habits aux douches.

La jolie tente, originale et confortable. Le personnel, à l’écoute et serviable. La piscine, chauffée naturellement, est un vrai plaisir à ne pas rater !! L’emplacement, tout près du mont Batur.

Les mouches sont un véritable fléau dans cet hôtel. Je n’en ai jamais vues autant, c’est très désagréable de sentir toutes ces mouches se poser sur vous en permanence. Un conseil, ne laissez pas votre tente ouverte l’espace d’un instant. Et notre tente était certainement très mal placée (la numéro 1) car le bruit des voitures et des scooters était insupportable !!

Понравилось близкое расположение к вулкану Батур, еда на ужин, бассейн с водой из горячих источников, организация подъема в горы на рассвете на джипах.

В общих туалетах с душем было грязно.

Мы провели в этом отеле одну ночь и, к сожалению, остались разочарованы. Дорога к отелю крайне неудобная, особенно на машине, подъем сложный, практически отсутствует нормальная дорога, на мопеде заехать проще, но на маленькой машине мы с трудом добрались. На ресепшен нас держали более 20 минут, так как сотрудники настаивали, что наша бронь не оплачена, хотя я оплатила номер через букинг заранее. Нам предлагали заплатить повторно, причем сумму больше, чем изначально списали с карты при бронировании. Я показывала подтверждение оплаты в Booking, выписку из банка, но они все равно требовали оплату. В итоге, вместо отдыха после долгой дороги, я несколько часов провела в переписке с Booking, чтобы решить этот вопрос, испытывая стресс и нервы. Только после того как я лично полностью урегулировала ситуацию, отель признал мою оплату, но никаких извинений не последовало, хотя минимум, что они могли сделать – это принести извинения или предложить какой-то комплимент в знак уважения к гостю. Сам отель выглядит красиво, маркетологи постарались, но по факту качество сервиса оставляет желать лучшего. В палатке душ и туалет расположены за тонкой деревянной перегородкой без приватности, все звуки и запахи слышны. Повсюду огромное количество мух, которые не дают покоя – во время еды, сна, отдыха у бассейна. Отель никак не борется с этим, хотя можно было бы поставить ловушки или фумигаторы. В описании отеля указан горячий источник, но на деле это просто подогреваемый бассейн, и если бы я заранее знала, что это просто теплый бассейн без минеральной воды, ожидания были бы другими. Завтрак скудный и несоответствующий цене отеля: авокадо-тост без яйца – просто хлеб и авокадо, панкейки без крема, джема или нормального количества мёда, чай – один пакетик на литровый чайник. Кофе принесли сразу, а завтрак только через 20 минут, пока мы ждали, нас облепили мухи, так что в итоге мы не захотели есть и остались голодными.
