Relax on the beach with diving and snorkeling right out the front of the resort.

Plenty of seperate areas to space out and relax in the resort.

If you rent their scuba equipment, full gear hire does not include a dive computer, it only comes with an air gauge. They do not require each diver to have their own dive computer which is an unsafe practice.

Comfortable stay for our short diving trip in Tulamben

Seafront location, clean common areas, pool accessible until late at night, good breakfast, free to use cold bath, tumblers provided to refill drinking water to reduce plastic waste.

The property is dated. Bathroom has certain smell & quite dark, maybe due to the age of the property.

Feels like having a real holiday even though we do a couple of dives in the morning and relax the of the day

Consistency, our 3rd visit in last 4 years. Well organised dive centre, nice rooms, intimate setting, quality waterfront restaurant. Beautiful location. Limited number of rooms so not at all crowded. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Quite pricey but we are never disappointed. Highly recommended.

Overall the property could use a little more effective shade around the pool areas. The main shade structures still let though a lot of sun which is an issue for us sitting by the pool all afternoon 🙂

The best boutique dive resort for those looking to relax away from the crowds.

It's the second time I stay at Tauch Terminal and I was again not disappointed. Amazing little boutique resort. Ideal location if you want to just relax away from the crowds. Spectacular sunrise sea view. Very well organised dive operation. Best value for money. We will definitely be back.

Had to think really hard to find a small thing that could be improved: the door leading to the bathroom was a bit old. But this is a microscopic detail compared to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

Very nice resort in Tulamben.

Beautiful resort. Very kind and friendly staff. Rooms are very nice, too. It was wonderful to be able to switch off for a few days. We read, watched a couple of movies via iPad, and just enjoyed being there. A family member went diving and loved it. Food was also good.

Great short weekend get away.

The staff were great. Breakfast was simple but nice. Cooked to order. The complimentary water bottle with free water top-up was a great touch. Pool and loungers were great and a terrific sea view as well.

I asked for a ground floor room via the booking.com app but was given a room on the second floor.

everything,everyone was incredibly hospitable and friendly. responsive to every request. anticipated our every need, want. the restaurant personnel distinguished themselves, the dive shop was unbelievable, the amount of people visible on a daily basis who we’re keeping up the grounds was exemplary. talking to the employees was so rewarding. hearing about their length of employment, personal stories, and how the resort kept them employed during Covid, was heartwarming and affirmed we were spending our dollars in the best place.the grounds are immaculate!

Beautiful, tranquil, well-run resort. Amazing staff.

Arriving here was one of the highlights of our Bali trip. Sublime. Such a beautiful spot, right on the water. So relaxing and low-key. Beautiful rooms and two pools. Diving was very good, although some groups were a little limiting, with different expectations. We're a family of PADI Dive Instructors, but other guest Open Water/DMs tried to tell us what to do and even how to get out of the water (a very simple beach entry!?). This wasn't the dive crew, this was the other guests! Probably nothing more than a mild clash of Aussie v European personalities, which was quite amusing. A quick 'mind your own business' soon put a lid on things and we were then left in peace. Dive crew was solid and everything seemed very safe. This resort is very popular with German and Austrian guests. Restaurant and staff were all fantastic. Spa was great too. Loved it all.

Best 3 nights of the 6 weeks we've spent in Bali!

Really quiet time of year. So relaxing. We hadn't dived due to covid since doing our OW cert in 2019 so it was great to have a dive master who made us feel exceptionally comfortable. Easy diving from beach, lots to see. Food simple but well presented and tasty. Local options are the best. Room spacious clean and comfortable although bed too firm for my partners taste. Views over the ocean from everywhere.

Stay longer :) Beach is not sand but we only used it to access the water for scuba so no real issue

Beautiful location, snorkeling right in front of hotel - VERY limited vegan eating options

Location was excellent, easily accessible snorkeling "Coral Garden" directly in front to the dive centre located in the hotel. It's a short walk up the beach to enter the water to snorkel the USS Liberty wreck. The dive centre staff are excellent, efficiently fitted us out with top quality gear to use during our stay. The snorkeling gear is complimentary with each room booking, which was fabulous. Reception, restaurant and grounds staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely grounds, pools and outlook to the ocean. Pool towels were continuously replenished - excellent!

The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious, though one of the rooms had limited hot shower water. It was disappointing to not have kettle, cups, tea/coffee in the rooms for making tea and coffee. There was a thermos in each room which could be filled at the restaurant, but this lost heat overnight, so not really good for a morning cuppa. Biggest downside by far was the lack of vegan items on the both the restaurant menu and for breakfast. Its 2022 and a large proportion of people eat a plant-based diet for a variety of reasons. It's disappointing that a beautiful hotel such as this not more inclusive in this regard.

Hidden Gem

This is a really nice place, well looked after, looks clean and tidy. Breakfast was yummy and it is good to sit at the bar for a drink at night. Rooms are clean, A/C works well, bed was comfy. We would definately come back.

An excellent place in such remote area

Everything! We even got discounted spa :) Their breakfast was extra, easy check in, easy check out. They have bicycles too, we went cycling one afternoon.

Fantastische ligging, lief personeel en goed restaurant

De ligging is echt fantastisch, het personeel super vriendelijk en het eten in het restaurant heel goed. De ligging is echt perfect aan zee. Vanaf je eigen terras en de zwembaden kijk je over de zee uit.

De bungalow,s zijn verouderd, ook een grote kier onder de deur van de buitenbadkamer waardoor er bij ons een muis in de kamer was gekomen. Het is uitstekend opgelost door ons een andere kamer te geven. Deze was erg mooi en ruim. De volgende keer dat wij komen boeken wij deze kamer direkt. De badkamers mogen wel gerenoveerd worden. Bij de duikschool miste wij wel de enthousiasme van de gidsen. Dat was jammer. 1 dag hebben wij gedoken met Laso een freelance divemaster. Hij was enthousiast, leuk en spontaan en gezellig.

J'y retournerai à coup sur !

Ce resort est vraiment magnifique ! Il a l'air d'etre très bien entretenu. Et quel calme, ca change d'Ubud et surtout de Kuta. Ma chambre était très confortable, propre, et avec une jolie vue. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement (eau chaude, clim, ventilo, WC, douche...). Le restaurant a une carte bien diversifiée et avec des prix raisonnables. Et surtout, c'est bon :-) Le wifi était super rapide ! Le centre de plongée est bien organisé, avec des guides sympas, et bon marché (165€ pour 5 plongées au Nitrox, avec les surcharges voiture). Bref, je recommande !

Il n'y a pas assez de tables au restaurant (par ailleurs très bon). Il est vite saturé (surtout au petit dej), et il faut partager sa table avec des inconnus, ce qu'on a pas forcément envie de faire de bon matin.

Excellent hôtel bien situé.

Tout était parfait, la chambre familiale est spacieuse, l'emplacement idéal pour les plongeurs. Très bon restaurant. L'hôtel réduit au maximum l'utilisation des plastiques, bouteilles et pailles.

De locatie is fantastisch. Prachtige onderhouden binnentuin, mooi uitzicht!

Voegwerk badkamer was niet heel mooi nog. Kan wel keer update gebruiken. Maar wel mooi ruime badkamer!
