Urban Suites - George Town, Penang

Very nice view from 2 of the bedrooms and also from the open plan! Easy to check in. Good parking.

Overall, a great place to stay, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. My unit was on the 35th floor, so it was also very quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms were clean and functional, and the heaters worked well. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality plates, cups, and utensils. I would definitely look to book this place again, especially for a longer stay. My view was the Penang Bridge, and I loved it.

The rooms lack a cupboard/closet. Adding this will make my stay more comfortable, especially for longer periods.

the beds were comfy, towels were provided, steam iron were provided, got 2 parking spaces for 1 unit. hangers were provided. there were 2 big full mirror provided, easy for us to get ready as we book the homestay to go to a wedding function.

the lift/elevator were the main problem. the waiting time for the lift was too long, whenever the lift reach our floor it was always full and we need to wait for few rounds to be able to get into the lift. the bathrooms were not clean, were dirty. the sink in the bathroom were leaking and the water heater is not even hot
