Strategic location. The route to the place not far from Penang bridge.
Very easy to deal with despite communicating through WhatsApp.
Located near Penang’s popular eateries.
I like the facilities.
*Taking times using the lift.
*Towels are to small. Suggestion-Use a thick towel commonly used in hotels.
* No free parking for second car. The parking fee for the second car is very expensive.
* It seems that the check-in time is at 2 p.m. Usually, guests come to relax and go on vacation, so they don’t have enough time to use the available facilities.

Circular Parking is a pain, building is not very well maintained. Room is not sound proof, lot of noise from outside
