The homestay is on the 41st floor, and we didn’t have to wait long for the lift since we arrived around 7:30 p.m. There weren’t many people then, and the lift was fast. The view was beautiful, both at night and during the day. The homestay has 3 rooms with decent facilities and came with 2 parking spots and 2 access keys. Overall, we were happy with our 1-night stay.
The only disappointment was that all the pools on the 11th floor were poorly maintained and dirty. It’s not the homestay’s fault, but the management really needs to do something about it.

The Urban Suite features well-maintained facilities alongside an unobstructed city view. The amenities provided such as gym, swimming pool, playground significantly enhance the functionality and appeal of the unit.
The bathroom floor drain is experiencing poor water flow. Water tends to stagnate and drains out very slowly, indicating a possible blockage or inadequate floor gradient.

Great location, and the spectacular view from a high-floor unit is worth mentioning. The check-in process was straightforward, with self-collection of keys. The unit is overall very spacious, and the host even provided extra mattresses for guests, which was very thoughtful. Facilities are great, especially for families coming for holiday, infinity pool with a great view overlooking the sea also the bridge.
The unit could have been more furnished (a side table or a simple closet would be quite useful, especially for people booking a longer stay instead of a weekend trip). Cleanliness could be improved. There is also an ant problem inside the unit; we could not place any food (even covered) outside, as it would be invaded by ants and become inedible.
