It’s very convenient to travel to other places
Room Under Maintenance: The room you were initially assigned was not ready for rental, and the property management should have been aware of this. Giving me the key to an unavailable room caused unnecessary stress after a long journey.
Late Check-in: i arrived late at night and only got a new room around 11:45 PM, which further added to your frustration.
Room Mismatch: The room I received was not the one shown in the booking on Booking.com, and the one I were given was on a much higher floor, which might not have been ideal for me
Rating Discrepancy: Because of my disappointment with the room and the overall experience, i felt the need to lower my rating from the expected 10/10 to a 4/5.
