A pleasant stay, as the condominium is well equipped with various facilities such as multiple swimming pools. There are also many vending machines on the same floor with reasonable prices. A ball court is available as well (balls can be rented if you don’t bring your own), and there is a dedicated floor to enjoy the view and relax. Compliments to the team managing this condominium for their quick response whenever assistance was needed.

You just need a bit of patience when waiting for the lift, as this condominium has 42 floors.

Overall, the facilities offered by Urban Suites were very good. Sadly, there were lots of people. I noticed not everybody adhere to the swimming gears regulation. So, the water was not very clean. Hence, we hardly used d facilities offered. As for the condo, the view on the 24th floor was beautiful. We love the glass wall.

Sadly, we were very disappointed with the furnishing of d condo. Supposedly for 11 pax, there were only a small dining table with 4 chairs n a 3 seater couch. The TV was just too small. On the whole, all the furniture in the unit was quite inferior, very basic. Not a luxurious unit at all. Before we were given instructions on the keys collection, we were made to answer a short ridiculous questionnaire and to promise to keep the place clean. Hence, i was expecting a spick-and-span unit. Sadly, it was not so. I had to give the cutleries and crockeries a clean before we used them. The floor was also dusty.The bidet in the bathroom was leaking. Finally, On our second day there,all 4 lifts in block 4 had power failure. We had to walk from the 24th flr down to level 8, where our car was parked. I also didnt realise we need to park at level 8. Many rounds.. so, be prepared!!
