Villa Aman in Georgetown

Its a nice “kampung” house with good facilities and amenities Surrounding was serene

But i would say its more suitable for younger gen. And the pathway to get to the place is too small and you need some “skill” to go through.

Lage war für uns super, weil nicht mitten im Touristengebiet und trotzdem nicht weit weg. Sehr schönes, sehr großes Haus. Alles sehr neu. Sehr hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Gleich um die Ecke leckere Restaurants. Wir fanden es toll.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured — even better in person. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for such a wonderful stay — we’d definitely love to come back again!

There is enough space for larger groups.

There is a Mosque about 3 min walk therefore they will definitely wake you up at 5:45am everyday as they use very loud speakers to sing and pray. The noise from the Mosque is unbearable even for kids. This continues at least 4 to 5 times during the day. The fridge in the property is very small for a family or group. There are no curtains in the lounge and kitchen so no privacy from neighbours. There are no duvet or bedding in the house. The hosts only provided very tiny blankets for toddlers. The garden lawn is not well kept. There are birds nest on the edge of the room, you can actually see them when you are in the bedrooms therefore there is too much noise in the morning and evening with birds. The road to the property is very narrow so taxis at times can find it difficult to manoeuvre. The wooden floor is also acting as the ceiling so if someone is walking upstairs, it makes so much noise downstairs. There was no microwave in the house although the host was quick to bring one when we asked for it. Oh and the beds makes so much noise even when turning whilst asleep. It was the worst stay for us in Penang especially because of the noise from the Mosque.
