No hand soap at bathroom sinks No blackouts curtains in room 2 Thin towels The lifts take a long time as high density, especially between 3-4pm during check in time. Parking on 7th floor. Cumbersome to drive up and down. Silence from management until day of arrival. Stressful.

部屋の配置がいい、眺めがいい。洗濯機もあった。

ホテルのなまえがわかりにくく、タクシーの運転手も迷った。

The unit is big with full facilities.

Check in / out process and lift is the main problem. Check in process issue where the area to collect the key is too small for so many guest come in and do their self collection at the same time. May be they could improve it by allowing the key collection between 2.30 to 3.00 instead of at 3pm for all at 1 go. Lift is big no no.. even though the building have 4 lifts units, waiting time for lift is longer especially peak time of check-in and check out. My experience is nearly 50mins waiting time during check out.

Clealiness

Wasted a lot of time, waiting for lift, +-1hour. We were disappointed due to owner suddenly asked for RM300 as a safety deposit. This amount is too high. Most of the items in the property are fragile, so anyone with kids/small kids needs to be extra careful.
