easy access to pool and they had vending machines selling various things. i was happy there was one machine selling feminine products which i needed it at a very last minute. place is quiet and peaceful. room needs more mirror so when getting ready easy for us to look at ourself. long mirrors or big mirror in the room itself will be helpful

Overall, we are satisfied.

The property considered new, but the time waiting for elevator was horrible! I waited 1 hours just to go down to the lobby. People who bring child travel definitely do not even consider to live inside this property, because all the windows are very loose to open, kids can easily fall to death without adult’s supervision. So please watch out your kids all the time! I lived on 27th floor, but the praying sound from the Mosque temple were very loud and clear through out the whole day, to be more specific, 5 times a day starting from 5:30 am in the morning. I would only enjoy the swimming pool, gym and basketball court there! There are definitely better place to live in Penang other than the Urban Suite! Thanks for reading my post! Enjoy your trip!
