Its very clean and comfy. Worth the money then money. The owner is very friendly and engaging. The guards there are friendly and helpful as well. There are shop nearby as well which is convenient for us. The area is also near Perak road area.
The only thing is the Tv is not a smart TV. Only has few channels and no online streaming services like Netflix etc. Other than that everything is excellent.

Good location. Many food outlets around the place. I like the convenience of have a washing machine for dirty laundry.
The karaoke at night too loud. The air conditioning noisy.
