A great choice if you want to stay just outside of Georgetown's bustling city center, but not too far out, in a quiet area. There was absolutely no noise at night and we slept like babies. It's very easy to access the house with self check-in, the space is comfortable and an absolutely stunning furniture.
Just 2 minor improvements, really. As per previous reviews, please improve the towels (we were 2 adults and 1 baby, and we got 2 hand-towels and 1 towel for shower, and it should have been the other way around, at least). Also, please think about pest control by better sealing doors and windows(the house is on ground level, so depending how picky you are you might not like the idea to have to deal with pests. We stayed for 3 nights and saw only a couple of cockroaches hanging around the kitchen)

Peaceful neighbourhood.
Aircond units in the 2 bedrooms and living room. All functioning well.
Easy check-in and check-out.
No tv for entertainment n microwave oven to reheat food.

The place desperately needs some work done (eg ceiling was leaking). Facilities provided were dirty and I'm fairly certain the rugs have not been washed for a long time. See pics.
