Good sized apartment for our family of four with good pool and playground facilities for our young children.

Lack of crockery and no drinking glasses. Instead of a sofa, there were two mismatched arm chairs and only two chairs at the dining table. The bed was comfortable but moved around a lot with any movement. The noise transfer from above was quite easy, it seemed. There was no hot water for half the stay.

This apartment is located walking distance from the centre of George Town and a very short Grab ride from the old town and the area where the night life is, although we did walk it many times. It’s in a quieter location out of the chaos. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious with a small balcony. There is a small 7/11 on the ground floor and a larger one across the road. The kitchen was fully equipped, large beds and spacious bedroom. The rooftop pool is breath taking with a view of George Town, Penang Hill and the Temple. Would definitely stay again

Only a suggestion and it didn’t ruin our stay but maybe have a separate time for children and adults to use the pool. For it to be a relaxing experience we had to use the pool either very early or after 8pm.

The hotel was very clean and the room itself was very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is still under construction. My main problem with this hotel was the facilities. There was a beautiful roof top pool and there were 6 sun lounges. It is a 36 story building, that is one sun lounge per every 6 floors. There were no tables or chairs either. The court yard next to pool was tiny. In the afternoon when there was a large amount of people there was nowhere to put your things, we left our towels in a pot plant one day, we watched families come to the pool area and try to find space on the ground to leave towels or walk away disappointed. On the same floor there was a gym which was absolutely enormous.... Half of this space could have been used for the pool area. It was unfortunate because the pool itself was amazing. I am not sure what was going on with the lifts, there were four which is ample, but they did not seem to be programmed. We waited up to 10 minutes often to get to the lobby.
