Excellent location with many food options within walking distance.

Super busy place with the lobby packed at all times, people hanging around and crowded lifts. Room has no hand towels, no face tissue papers, no housekeeping (unless you made arrangements with the lobby). Limited toiletries. No telephone in room so you have to go down to the crowded lobby to make a request.

Loved the location, the apartment we got was clean and quiet! The bed and pillows were super comfy! Gym looks legit! Price was super reasonable, staff were amazing, couldn’t ask for more!

At peak times, the lift lobby was crowded but you have to understand it’s 4 lifts serving up to 36 floors. The wait time was max 5-10min and it didn’t happen all the time.

The hotel was very clean and the room itself was very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is still under construction. My main problem with this hotel was the facilities. There was a beautiful roof top pool and there were 6 sun lounges. It is a 36 story building, that is one sun lounge per every 6 floors. There were no tables or chairs either. The court yard next to pool was tiny. In the afternoon when there was a large amount of people there was nowhere to put your things, we left our towels in a pot plant one day, we watched families come to the pool area and try to find space on the ground to leave towels or walk away disappointed. On the same floor there was a gym which was absolutely enormous.... Half of this space could have been used for the pool area. It was unfortunate because the pool itself was amazing. I am not sure what was going on with the lifts, there were four which is ample, but they did not seem to be programmed. We waited up to 10 minutes often to get to the lobby.
