Everything is fine, but expect that you'll need to get an Uber or taxi if you're carrying luggages as there aren't bus stops nearby.

Cosy stay close to town centre

Quiet location about 20 min walk / 5 min drive from city centre. Friendly host. Nice facilities and good shower. Lots of space and loved the kitchen amenities. Free luggage storage was great.

You’re required to clean the space and take out rubbish when you leave even though it’s a hotel, otherwise you’ll be charged. The TV is only in Finnish with local channels, with no subtitles, and did not have streaming services. Smoke alarm was sensitive and went off when we sprayed deodorant

The stay was an excellent experience, and the host was kind and helpful!

The family room was well-equipped, tidy, and cosy. We appreciated the host's flexibility and the ease of approaching him with our wishes and questions. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the city center.

During our stay in the autumn, the room air had some excess moisture and we felt a bit chilly in the evenings. I'm sure this would have been sorted out with the host if we'd have mentioned it. We basically only spent the night time in the room, so it was not a big problem. Most importantly, we slept like babies!

Bij aankomst troffen wij een accommodatie aan die extreem koud was. Het was buiten ongeveer –30 graden, terwijl het binnen nauwelijks 10 graden werd. De verwarming kon niet worden ingesteld. De eigenaar gaf aan dat het om centrale verwarming ging en dat dit niet aangepast kon worden. Daarnaast waren er overal beperkingen. In de badkamer hing een bericht dat je niet langer dan 10 minuten mocht douchen, met de uitleg dat dit geen hammam is en dat men verantwoordelijk met het milieu moest omgaan. In de keuken was het bijna onmogelijk om te koken; volgens de eigenaar was deze ruimte eigenlijk niet bedoeld voor normaal gebruik. De accommodatie voelde meer aan als een aangepaste garage of schuur, terwijl de prijs veel te hoog was voor wat er werd aangeboden. Door de kou en de omstandigheden zijn wij ziek geworden. Wij waren daardoor genoodzaakt om na één nacht te vertrekken en vonden direct daarna een andere accommodatie die twee keer zo goedkoop was en perfecte omstandigheden bood. Mijn advies aan toekomstige gasten: denk goed na voordat je deze accommodatie boekt. De beschrijving en prijs komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Tutto, l' appartamento era caldo, pulito e vicino al centro. È molto bello e lo consiglio.

Ho dovuto aspettare fino esattamente le 15 e purtroppo c'erano -30°C fuori. So che non c'era la possibilità di anticipare, però magari in futuro si potrebbe tenere conto.

Molt bona opció

Apartament a 15/20 minuts del centre, en una urbanització molt maca. Vam anar i tornar caminant cada dia i no es fa gens pesat. Molt acollidor i amb el terra del lavabo radiant, que va molt bé amb les temperatures de Rovaniemi.

Potser estaria bé algun armari petit, tot i que l’espai és força limitat i el llit no és del tot confortable si s’hi passen varis dies, però no està malament.

Stanza molto accogliente e pulita, con cucina all'interno dotata di tutti i comfort (microonde,bollitore, forno, ecc). Possibilità di deposito bagagli molto apprezzata.

Avrei preferito avere un asciugamano in bagno per asciugare le mani e un tappeto per la doccia.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur(ganz toll)zur Stadt etwa 15min zu Fuß, das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, das Franz.Bett 140 cm breit ist etwas sehr klein für 2 Personen(leider nicht Abänderung da es in einer Zimmernische steht) sehr netter Vermieter, ansonsten alles ok

Schöner Urlaub, definitiv ein sehenswertes Reiseziel! Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Vermieter ist direkter Nachbar & kann direkt in das Zimmer schauen. Es gibt Kameras draußen (legitim) - allerdings ist eine davon, auf das Zimmer gerichtet. Enger Raum, Duschamatur mit Tesafilm geflickt, dürftige Ausstattung..

Fijn huisje en dichtbij centrum van Rovanimie. In bosomgeving. Eigenaar heeft goed contact met huurd

Ligging en de omgeving en verder comfortabel, goede bedden.

Schoonmaken kan iets beter met name de douche. En vloer in badkamer. Keuken is voorzien van oven etc. Maar dan is bakpapier bv wel handig. Ochtend broodjes bakken.
