Everything you need

After I booked the stay I got a little worried after reading some reviews online, so maybe I wasn't expecting too much. However, right after I booked it, I immediately received a message on WhatsApp from Crystal Suites (or Rovaniemi Insider), where they asked if they could help me with anything. I asked for a room that was quiet since I was travelling with my autistic son, and that was not a problem....and the room was very quiet! They also asked if they could help me with any bookings for entertainment, if we had warm clothes or if we needed any help with that and the response time was fair enough. The location is so good, 15 min walk to city centre, 15 min straight walk to Artikum museum, 5 min to Santa Claus Express bus stop, kiosk next door and a supermarket across the street. Next to the supermarket is a pizza place called Koti Pizza and they had excellent food :)

A highly disappointing experience that didn’t match the photos or the price.

Honestly, not much. The location was central, but that’s about the only positive thing I can mention.

The room was a huge disappointment. It felt outdated, poorly maintained and far from what was advertised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the heating didn’t work properly in freezing weather, and the cleanliness was clearly neglected dusty surfaces and an overall lack of proper care made the stay unpleasant. The walls were thin, so noise from other rooms made it impossible to rest. For the price paid, the value was shockingly low, and the place felt more like a budget hostel than a “suite.”

Easy to find and get key. Great location for city centre. Had everything you needed. Take shower gel

Hot but good location

The location and access to the town of Rovaniemi.

The room was 25°C all day and night with the AC set to 16°C it didn't cool down, making sleeping very uncomfortable. I was in room 5.

Toll und zentrumsnah!

Sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum (ca. 700m Fußweg). Kiosk und Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer trotz bis zu -20 °C außen angenehm warm mit A/C.

Leider sehr wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer, für mich alleine ging es aber.

No había secador de pelo y el aire acondicionado estaba roto por lo que pasamos frío durante toda la estancia. (Escribí al responsable por ambos motivos en días diferentes y no obtuve respuesta, directamente me ignoró).

Mooi verblijf voor enkele daagjes.

Mooie kamers met een uitgebreide keuken die je gezamenlijk kan gebruiken. Keuken was heel netjes. Tegenover het verblijf was een grote supermarkt, heel handig! Wel 10min wandelen vanuit het centrum.

We hadden 2 aparte bedden terwijl op de foto een dubbel bed stond. We zaten gelijkvloers waardoor we geen raam hadden dat open kon om eventjes te verluchten, dat miste ik wel. Hele kleine badkamer, als je doucht was alles, inclusief de wc helemaal nat. Op zich wel duur voor wat het was.

Il y avait du chauffage et une cuisine équipée

Mauvaise communication avec l’équipe, on s’était arrangé pour percevoir les clefs à 14h, et le jour de notre arrivée l’équipe nous a envoyé un message pour nous dire que l’arrivée se faisait à 16h. On a dû attendre dehors au froid avec notre valise. Pour le prix du logement, on s’attendait à un minimum de luxe, mais finalement c’est juste un logement comme « airbnb », pas de ménage fait, juste le minimum. De plus le nom de l’hôtel n’apparaît pas sur Google map, il faut écrire son adresse pour y accéder. Logement très cher pour ce que c’est.

Dwie zmywarki, dwa piecyki, oddzielna lodowka dla kazdego pokoju, wspolna zamrazarka, ekspres do kawy. Garnki, sztucce, kubki i cala zastawa dostepna. Super. Wygodnie

Nie dzialala kokmatyzacja. W pokoju ktory dostalismy byla temeperatura grubo po ad 30 st.C przy 29 na zwenatrz. W hotelu w pokojach nie otwieraja sie okna, nie mozna ich przewietrzyc. Po interwencji dostalismy drugi mniejszy pokoj w ktorym klimatyzacji nie bulo w ogole ale bylo chlodniej. Nalezy uwazac na ekstremalnie cieple dni. W zimie zakladam ze jest cieplo. Nieotwierane okna to masakra. Druga sprawa to samozasyrzaskowe zamki. Jak zamkniesz sobie klucz czy w pokoju czy wewnatrz bedac na zewnatrz to … mogiła.

Pourquoi donner 15A comme indication de l'adresse alors que les boîtes a clé sont au numéro 15. Je n'étais pas le seul a avoir du chercher.

Très beau logement !

• La chambre était très lumineuse et spacieuse. • Nous avons beaucoup d'équipements disponibles dans la cuisine : un frigo par chambre, 2 fours présents, micro-onde, pleins d'ustensiles de cuisine. • Tout était propre et très moderne. • Logement calme. • Bien placé : au centre avec un K-supermarket à 2min à pied et un R-Kioski à 2min aussi. • Instructions claires et logement facile à trouver.

• Les rideaux ne sont pas très opaque (bien caché mais on voit la lumière le soir en été). Et si on les laisse ouverts on a du vis à vis sur la rue. Attention : penser à prendre un masque de nuit pour dormir l'été, sinon trop de lumière dans la chambre. • Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôte, mais quand il pleut on entend la pluie cogner sur le rebord en métal de la fenêtre et ça fait beaucoup de bruit.

Excelente todo! Se hace con self check in. Impecable. La cocina con todo lo necesario. La habitación y baño muy cómodos y limpios. Súper recomendable!

La proximité de la gare routière La cuisine commune mais tres bien faite - tres pro

Principalement - Le fait que la "chambre" était en fait une ancienne boutique située en rez-de-chaussée de chaussée ... Conséquence 2 des 4 pans de mur étaient en fait des vitrines donnant sur un croisement ... Avoir un simple rideaux entre la rue et la chambre n'est pas très intime ...meme si le reste de la chambre correspondaient aux photos... Ensuite le fait que le logement n'était pas si facile que cela à trouver...(meme pour les locaux auxquels j'ai demandé mon chemin) ...bref 1h par moins 15°C pour trouver son logement en sortant de l'avion ...pas glop
