Excellent location. Cute and cozy place, very organized and clean, fully equipped, small so you really feel at home and between friends. Alisa is the best host in the world. She is very attentive and kind. Also, gave us the best advice regarding tours and places to go. Definitely, the best hostel in the world.

I recommended this hostel to everyone. Great location—you can walk everywhere. Very clean and well-kept. Alisa is amazing and very helpful. She's always willing to help, even with the smallest issues. Alisa is incredibly hospitable. The kitchen is well-equipped. Very clean restrooms and showers. It's definitely worth it.

Im not gonna lie. I’m a solo traveler, I ’ve stayed at many hostels before and never had such a good experience like I did here. The host was extremely kind and very friendly, I was a bit sick and she even offered advices and a cup of tea. The amenities were always clean and you could tell they were always trying to keep up the cleanliness.

It was so homely and cozy!!! Alisa the owner is such an incredible and friendly host. Gave everyone a tour as we arrived and ensured we were comfortable, got to choose a bed out of all the options and were welcomed by her very kindly!!

Kitchen is clean, tea/coffee/breakfast available for free. Common room is big and cosy. Bathroom and Toilets are clean. Alisa replies to every query/question promptly and takes every care of our needs.

NEVER AGAIN -- WORST EVER

WORST EVER--NEVER AGAIN

Several of us witnessed the MANAGER literally kicking (!) out a disabled in wheelchair(!), even tho she had promised to allow him to stay til his eve dep flight! We were all so SHOCKED by her inhumane act and cruel behavior that we had to call the POLICE on her!

Alisa was very welcoming and arranging. The place was super tidy and clean as well as extremely well located. To be recommended for sure to anyone going to Rovaniemi.

Fantastic and unique hostel you would never expect!

Well, it is an amazing place! I did not expect that at all. Hostel is made in an old restaurant/bar but it was rearranged to facilitate the hotel type of rooms. Huge living area, kitchen - all well equiped. Toilets, showers, everything extremely clean. Whole interior have a great style of movies, glamour, Gucci etc. It even smell glamour 😉Super cool 🙂 parking available. Many cable socets to connect chargers etc. Location is in the city center, close to all shops. We got directions how to reach the place with photo where to park, where is the entrance and so on. Owner of the place very friendly, open to answer all your questions. Smiling all the time 🙂 absolutely fantastic and unique hostel.

A cosy little hostel with a comfortable beds, a nice living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and responded quickly.

Warm atmosphere. The common area was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet and not very crowded. The temperature was good. Checking in and out was very easy.

More than a hostel.

The hostel is exceptionally clean and tidy. The host was awesome. I did not expect a hostel to be this good. The kitchen was well stalked. Bedsheets were changed daily. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic and well stocked.

Good location in the city. Very clean and cozy shared flat feeling where you can meet easily other travellers. Lots of products in the citchen and the bathroom which you can use for free. A lot of attention is payed to sustainably and cruelty free products.

Something like a drawer where you can lock your stuff in the rooms would be nice

Fantastic!

Very cute and cosy hostel with a true backpacker vibe. This is like a large flat where other guests would be your roommates. It's very easy to meet people there. The kitchen is well furnished. There's even a large pink couch in the lobby where you can chill and watch netflix. The no shoe policy is great as well !

Only downside is there's only one toilet and one shower for the whole hostel.

Perfect. It was beyond our expectation.

We had a very warm welcoming from Alissa when we arrived on the first day. She helped carried our luggages to the room in the underground when we were away - that was unexpected at all. Laundry, taxi ordering services were also provided. Outstanding hostel ! Shared facilities were maintained at a very high standard. We greatly enjoyed our time there, and would definitely recommend it to our friends and families.

The facility is really clean and cozy. I like the broad kitchen and living room. There are kind instruction about every facility. The run an Northern light tour. It is run by local guide. It is the best experience in my life.

I arrived early in the morning but I hadn't got password of the front gate. It is good to give clear notice to the hostel about your arrival time.
