The place is good with a nice and equipped kitchen. Best part is walking distance to artikum and the river kemijoki. The public transport is accessible close to the place.

It was good location, bed was comfortable, place was warm, had hot water, good kitchen facilites. The house is beautiful and probably used to be a family home. Very quiet and respectful place. It was good they had reusable food left from others, and some directions in bathroom. I thought it was funny the sign in toilrt said to always put the seat down after, then people put the lid on instead always :) I think they got confused.
I didnt like the number of bathrooms per people. Only had 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet separate for 10 rooms of people. This wouldnt be acceptable by standards where I come from. Had to wait for bathroom quite often. As this is not peak time, I am sure the place was not fully occupied either, so its worse at peak season. Also the cleaner did not clean floor inside bedroom with hoover. I couldn't locate the hair dryer for a lot of time as people move them away from bathrooms. It would have been nice to secure front door with security code just in case. I didnt see or talk to staff during my stay. There were a lot of shoes and no space to sit down to put snow boots on. I really wish they had left a shovel so I could remove the snow bank outside the door to the street. I was worried all the time I would slip on it, and would have been so easy to remove. It was a bit dissapointing they left it, as any other hotel kept their entrance cleared for their guests?

It has all equipments. There is a kitchen that has everything you need. There is also a living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa. There are many showering rooms and bathrooms. During winter, the backyard is filled with thick layers of snow so you can have all sorts of fun there with snow. The location is near the city center so you can visit the market easily
There is a problem with the room’s door handle. I couldn’t open it simply by levering the handle up or down, but had to push or pull it inward or outward as well. The water is weak during showers when many people are showering at the same time, but it’s understandable. The location is far from the Santa Claus Village, but can’t blame the location if you choose cheap price.
