The location is incredible. For that price you have a great spot near the main street, 2 stops with the tram from the city center. Very lively streets with a lot of shop and food options. The Nice Ville starion is a 4 minute walk away and that makes travel easier. The apartment is nice and getting into it was pretty straight forward. Also the host is very communicative and responds to all questions and suggestions. I told him the key lockbox was stuck - I found a new one on the gate as early as tomorrow.

There was a sewage smell from the kitchen sink, but I think most old French buildings have that issue. The neighbourhood is a bit loud when you opennwindoes, but at night it's okay. Only evenings.

The property was located in a brilliant place, near to all essential services. It had all the necessities for a pleasant stay and the host, Fernando was great individual and very caring. Highly recommend!

Appartamento un po’ piccolo

Niezła lokalizacja. Nocleg jest przy samym dworcu skąd odjeżdżają wszystkie pociągi do Cannes, Monaco, Antibes itp. Jeżeli ktoś tam zamierza tylko spać, a w dzień sporo zwiedzać pociągami to jest to dobra opcja. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i check out. WiFi było dobre, łóżko było wygodne. Dobrze zaciemnione mieszkanie.

Sam budynek w bardzo średnim stanie. Stary, zaniedbany, w okolicy mnóstwo bezdomnych. Pod apartamentem chyba jest jakaś jadłodajnia i prysznice dla ubogich. Ogólnie nie polecam raczej kobietom wieczorem tam spacerować czy samym wracać. W mieszkaniu było bardzo duszno (wiadomo, lato), a klimatyzacja jest zamontowana w bardzo złym miejscu. W małej sypialni od razu nad łóżkiem. Wiec były dwie możliwości - spać w strasznym zaduchu lub spać przy klimatyzacji, która wieje prosto na twarz. Obie opcje średnie. Mieszkanie malutkie, ale nawet urocze. Raczej nie na dłużej niż weekend.
