Mexican charm but very noisy area

Situated in a perfect location to explore PE’s central walking street and pubs/ bars/ restaurants/ shopping. Great water pressure and hot water. Cute Mexican charm. Super fun at night!! Playa Principal is a fishing beach so best to swim at the next one.

Extremely loud Mexican music until 5:30am!!! Like a speaker outside our window! No sleep here.. not sure if this is daily or just weekends. Also, we booked the hotel because it offered “Queen” beds, but they gave us a full size bed and said it was a queen. After looking up the measurements they quickly put is in a king room. Rooms a bit dated but comfortable.

La ubicación si vas a realizar tour de avistamientos de delfines o ballenas. Está prácticamente todo muy cerca caminando, mercado, banco, playas.

Aún lado tienen un nightclub que cierran como a las 5 am... Hay mucho ruido pero cabe mencionar QUE EL HOTEL TE AVISA ESTO ANTES DE QUE PAGUES. entonces no no me molestó yo ya sabía.

Lindo pero ruidoso.

El Hotel es un viejo lugar de Puerto Escondido, histórico, de antaño. Eso se siente y es sumamente cálido. Tanta historia es sus paredes, sin embargo, y esto no es un problema del hotel sino de la gentrificación de la ciudad y el fenómeno de la especulación habitacional y el crecimiento desmedido de la ciudad, quedó en un lugar ingrato para habitar, lleno de escandaloso ruido nocturno sin sentido estético ni ético. El Hotel, hermoso en sus entrañas, queda en un espacio de decadencia y obsoleto. Y así, la precariedad se lo lleva puesto...

El ruido de la calle y la poca respuesta (integral y de Red) de quien sea el dueño del lugar. Las chicas que trabajan ahí muy amables, no pueden resolver las problemáticas del entorno que las exceden pero tampoco tienen mucha inventiva de respuesta. Seguramente, no lo tendrán de sus jefes tampoco.

Falta limpieza en general, muy olvidado, no se parece a las fotos, no hay Lámparas o alguna amenidad en el cuarto, es muy difícil entrar y estacionar los carros, huele a caño, y lo que nos mato fue el ruido tan fuerte de la música de las discotecas de a lado hasta las 4, 5 de la madrugada, no descansamos nada ( te advierten) pero deberían dar más detalle para ir preparado o buscar otras opciones

Su nombre lo dice todo esencia por qué entras y huele a caño a más no poder a lado hay un canal de desagüe apesta horrible en la habitación de arriba de la alberca ni el centilador sirve , a lado hay un antro que parece que lo tienes en el oído y si bien te va a las 4 am can apagando su desma , cero recomendación a las camas se le salen todo el resorte muy incómodas

La limpieza y una parte de la ubicación (cerca de la playa y céntrico.)

La seguridad que tienen. Se robaron nuestros trajes de baño que tendimos en el balcón, y la respuesta del personal fue: “pues le hubieran dicho a la policía, nosotros no nos hacemos responsables.” Tienen cámaras en la puerta, pero no en esa parte, que es vulnerable. Tampoco me gustó que el hotel está al lado de un bar que no tiene buen aislamiento acústico, y el ruido llega a ser un poco molesto. Dijeron antes de la reserva que podía haber algo de ruido, pero una noche sí fue demasiado.

Es un hotel cómodo y bonito con los servicios básicos

Las instalaciones es muy lindo el hotel y fue amplia la habitación, el hotel estaba limpio, la alberca esta cómoda, el agua de la regadera tiene buena presión el baño es amplio, la habitación en la que me hospedé tenía balcón el aire y el ventilador funcionan muy bien.

Que no cuentan con rampas para subir las maletas y la habitación era en el tercer piso y la recepción del internet no es muy buena, no tienen muchos conectores en la habitación que me hospedé solo había 2 funcionando.

Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación, ya que en muy pocos minutos puedes llegar al aeropuerto (15 mins), a playas divinas como Bacocho (10 mins) o a Carrizalillo para tomar clases de surf (7 mins). También, lo que adoré, fue la atención de todas las personas del hotel: bien informadas, dispuestas siempre a ayudar y resolver dudas.

El hotel tiene de vecino cercano a una discoteca. Si estás en el plan de ir a descansar, no es opción. Si vas en el plan de desvelarte y escuchar música muy fuerte, es una gran alternativa.
