Nothing. It was a total disappointment. Pictures are so deceiving. The place is a dump. Full of garbage within sight of the lobby, rooms, everywhere. People passing thru to a hostel smoking weed and constantly passing. The hotel charges them. $50 pesos to go thru the property.

Nothing at all. The pictures are totally wrong. Maybe the place was good many years ago, but now it is awful. It is a total scam. Dirty starting in the lobby and keeping dirty througtout the whole place. The pool had green algae and super dirty water. We stayed 1 night and the bedding had to be changed because it was totally stained with huge yellow stains that looked like urine. We're waiting for a refund g. We are totally dissatisfied and disappointed with Booking.com with this rental. We have used Booking.com for many years and now we are seriously considering options. Not sure how to share photos. Otherwise I would.

Not up to scratch

Not much to like about it. There were a group of us staying in four rooms. Three of the rooms were OK with good aircon and nice sheets. One room had terrible sheets and smelt of poo. The beach had a kitschy kind of post apocalyptic feel to it.

Too far away from anything else, facilities were grubby and run down. Staff refused to call a doctor or a taxi when we needed to leave because one of us was very ill. Dreadful value for money considering what else is available. It's sad because clearly the new management is trying to make things better, doing renovations and improvements, but they need to reduce the price accordingly.

Al llegar la habitación olía terriblemente a humedad, las toallas apestan a grasa siempre, a pesar de que pedimos cambios. No dan la información al llegar y nos hicieron subir desde la playa varias veces (la cual no está cercana, es una subida muy larga), hay mejores opciones a distancias de playa iguales y en plano. En playa te prestan solo una sombrilla y dos sillas, los cuales retiran a las 4pm, y el sol esta muy fuerte sin sombrilla. Al hacer checkout te piden que entregues tus toallas por tu cuenta, a pesar de que se supone van a limpiar las habitaciones. El estacionamiento es en calle pero no hay vigilancia ni seguridad garantizada.

Reserve una habitación con vistas al mar y balcón y no tuve nada de eso y al comentarle al personal me dijeron q la vista era panorámica jajaja la verdad yo reserve por las fotos de las habitaciones que muestran en su página pero ni las instalaciones ni el hotel en si valen la pena por el precio, si hubiera sabido que podías entrar a su playa privada por 50 pesos me hubiera quedado en otro hotel e iría a conocer su playa pagando los 50 pesos. Otra cosa la comida en su restaurante de playa es pésima y no hay otra cosa que puedas comprar, el personal de recepción no es amable o tal vez me tocó la mala suerte a mi q así me atendieran, el personal que se encuentra en la playa es muy amable. En resumen si vuelvo a puerto escondido no me vuelvo a hospedar en ese hotel.

Está muy descuidado , los jardines totalmente abandonados , el lobby en construcción, deberían de cerrar cuando van a hacer esas remodelaciones , uno reserva pensando en pasar unos días de disfrute y sentía cada que llegaba al hotel como si fuera una vecindad
