El baño no servía ,se salía el agua del WC ,olía muy feo el baño,no había agua caliente,las sábanas muy sucias ,con sangre,cabellos ,vellos pubicos,manchadas ,se ve que no las habían cambiado,el cubre colchón viejo,roto,sucio ,las toallas sucias ,había cucharachas ,la Sra.de la recepción que estaba en turno (tarde)llamada Margarita no me dió solución ,no me cambió de habitación,solo me dió las sábanas y yo misma tuve que sacudir la cama y hacer el cambio de las sábanas .

La comodidad del colchón era bastante buena pero no el tamaño. La limpieza muy bien. En la habitación que me toco hospedarme no se encerraba el calor, se sentía fresco en esta temporada (invierno)

Me hospede en una habitación para 2 personas que tenia una cama grande pero sentí que era un poco angosta ya que no cabíamos muy bien. Quizás me falto verificar el tamaño de la cama o estaria super bien que se especifique las medidas de la cama en la publicación ya que la cama grande según Google es equivalente a una Queen size pero no tenía ese tamaño. Pero pues en general toso bien con lo demas. me hospede en la habitación 102.

Las personas de día que nos recibieron, fueron amables, atentas. El hotel se ve grande, está cerca del aeropuerto. Me gustó su jardín exterior y la recepción

Las habitaciones de la parte de abajo No tienen ninguna ventana, no hay ventilación del exterior, se guarda la humedad, huele a humedad, la cama tenía las sábanas llenas de hormigas, no estaban limpias,al salir de la habitación entregamos la llave pero no hicieron el aseo, al regresar estaban las toallas mojadas, las mismas sábanas sucias con las que nos entregaron la habitación, tal como lo dejamos al salir, le comenté a la recepcionista y se molestó porque le hice la observación, le dije que porque habían sacado la basura, y me dijo que la sacara yo, que había un contenedor afuera, pedí que me cambiara las toallas por unas secas y lo hizo de mala gana. El costo es elevado para el mal servicio que nos dieron.

EN GENERAL MAL SERVICIO

Lo único que me gustó fue que tenía aire condicionado la habitación y el baño está bonito.

El cuarto esta muy descuidado, paredes agrietadas, al llegar a la habitación no estaba limpio al 100%, el colchón es muy incómodo, el personal es muy poco accesible y les falta mucha atención al cliente. Usualmente cuando mis estancias son cortas no pido servicio a cuarto y está vez mi estancia fue de 7 días y cuando pedí al tercer día la limpieza no me la hicieron, hay hormigas pequeñas en la habitación y en la cama también, terminamos todos picados, no hay alguna opción de comida en el hotel y al salir me revisaron la habitación antes de dejarme ir (cabe mencionar que en ninguna de mis estancias en hoteles que han sido muchas me habían revisado al salir y por eso se me hizo un poco raro). Hay muchas chicas haciendo mucho ruido en recepción como riéndose y bromeando a las 7-8 de la mañana y no dejan dormir. Definitivamente no recomiendo hospedarse ahí si es que van a puerto escondido.

Estaría bien un extractor de aire en el baño

La cama era cómoda, y tiene tanto ventilador como aire acondicionado, eso ayuda bastante, el servicio de cambio de toallas lo puedes pedir las veces que lo requieras.

Los cuartos están bonitos pero no tienen una muy buena ventilación si se trata del diseño, los cuartos que utilizamos no tenían ventanas, cuenta con internet sin embargo nos tocó al segundo día que fallara en todo el puerto según nos comentaron por qué dos días estuvimos sin tele ni internet por lo mismo

La vacación

Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, la tranquilidad que se siente en el lugar, la cama estaba súper cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona al 100 al igual que el ventilador del techo. El personal es muy amable y paciente.

Lo único que mejoraría sería mantener llenos los dispensadores de jabón líquido y shampoo. Así como señaladores para saber cuál es cuál xD y llenar los garrafones que están en el pasillo. Fuera de eso todo estuvo súper.

Desde el inicio al hotel la señorita de recepción fue muy grosera me indicó que no podía darme habitación ya que tenía un camión y no me quizo dar las habitaciones reservadas el cuarto con animales la verdad no sé si eran chinches terminamos todos picados con ronchas no servían sus controles de la tele la verdad no me volvería a hospedar en ese hotel tan solo por el simple hecho de la mala antencion de la recepción

Es un hotel nuevo que cuenta con estacionamiento, lo que me gusto es que puedes cancelar el mismo día a buena hora pero si necesitas llevar auto para moverte libremente, las habitaciones están correctas pero se filtra mucho el ruido al interior, si llevas auto y vas en temporada baja este hotel es una opción a considerar, yo no tuve problemas para ir a zicatela en temas de estacionamiento pero en temporada baja.
