We stayed in the apartment which is located by the pool. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

In the toilet and shower area there is a hole in the wall that is connected with the bathroom of another room.

A quiet and lovely place for a few days.

There was no breakfast but we had access to some items in the kitchen. That helped if we wanted some ice. Location is great if you arrive by bus. The pool was nice for cooling off. Very quiet. Really nice people there.

Great overnight in Puerto Escondido

It was walking distance to the bus station. The pool and garden were lovely. They let us hang out in the back courtyard and in pool area after we checked out while we waited for bus later in afternoon

We loved this place. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved proximity of the beaches, security of the place and beauty of property including the pool. The owner and the groundskeeper were super hospitable.

The key to our room didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal since the place was secure.

I would love to return. It’s a very nice hotel, reasonably priced.

The property is very pretty, immaculately clean, excellent location, beautiful garden. There is a small, pretty, blue pool, and a friendly and professional staff. There were sweet cats in the yard, a communal kitchen with big refrigerator, excellent coffee provided in the room, small and charming outdoor patio area. A really lovely little hotel. Only around 5-6 rooms, I think. A/C was appreciated as it was very humid. Close walking distance to all basic necessities, and to the beach! I really enjoyed my brief stay and look forward to returning.

“Family friendly” means children yelling and screaming. It’s not fair to other guests. I loved the property, but not the noisy children.

Luxury and privacy a small distance away from the beach

Genuine hospitality, incredibly comfortable bed with nice TV, good air conditioning and high end bathroom. Because it isn’t a big motel, we had the small pool to ourselves often and enjoyed the tranquility.

The walk to the beaches felt unbearable in the mid-day heat of July.

Convenient location

We stayed here due to the convenient location (a few minutes walk from the bus station where the bus from Oaxaca arrived, and close to where the bus to Mazunte leaves). It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with a few small places to eat around and also a mini market down the street. The accommodation was spacious (living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) and also had nice seating outside on the terrace near the swimming pool. The staff / owners very friendly and welcoming. Has airconditioning.

The setup of the bathroom was a bit strange. At the top of the bathroom there is a hole in the wall that connects to the neighbors bathroom. It lets through light and sound. We could literally hear every word our neighbors said, and could hear them doing their business in the bathroom (and vice versa). This made it awkward and honestly at this price point I would expect more privacy.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos. La ubicacion es buena, Don Jose es muy atento y amable. La habitación y alberca muy limpias

La cama muy amplia, el personal muy agradable, un alojamiento muy familiar, nos dieron facilidades para todo y hay una cocina compartida que te permite desayunar y comer en casa si quieres.

Estaría bien revisar la cerradura de la habitación ya que costaba mucho abrir y cerrarla.

Una estancia muy cómoda y recomendable

Tuve una estancia muy cómoda, el lugar está muy bonito y cómodo, todo queda muy cerca, hay comida de todo tipo a los alrededores, e incluso hay playas cercanas y el adoquin. La habitación es espaciosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar estancias largas. La terraza le da un plus al lugar gracias a su comedor y amacas al aire libre y además de los gatitos que le dan más alegría al ambiente. Su cocina compartida cuenta con todo lo necesario por si decides llevar comida para comer en el lugar. Algo que me encantó fue el hecho de tener cochera privada y espaciosa pues al rentar moto o coche, fue demasiado práctico estar entrando y saliendo por la puerta eléctrica. La señora y el señor encargados del aseo siempre se comportaron muy atentos y amables y la señora encargada siempre con una sonrisa y alegria, nos atendio y justo eso es lo que nos hizo sentir más cómodos y como en casa. Además siempre se mostró flexible para recibirnos antes del check-in debido a que nuestro vuelo llegó muy temprano. Realmente veo muy pocas cosas negativas

Tal vez que cuando llueve mucho a veces comienza a oler a cañería pero siento que es mas tema general que del lugar. También qué las paredes comienzan a mostrar levemente humedad en algunos lados pero pues también es porque es un lugar muy húmedo.

Excelentes instalaciones y buena atención

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable, las instalaciones están en excelente estado y las habitaciones son bastante amplias, limpias y modernas, están muy bonitas. El lugar está un poco escondido pero si viajas en plan de descanso sin duda éste es el lugar perfecto. La atención por parte de la dueña fue excelente, los empleados fueron en todo momento atentos y cordiales, totalmente recomendable el lugar.

La piscina es muy linda sin embargo es algo pequeña, generalmente no es muy concurrida pero si te interesa mucho este factor es un punto a considerar
