I booked this apartment to celebrate my birthday and informed the host in advance, asking for everything to be in good condition. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. As a “birthday surprise”, we arrived to a very dirty bathroom, extremely weak water pressure, and barely warm water in the shower. On top of that, there was only ONE towel for two people, which is unacceptable. There were no power outlets with EU adapters, so after a long and exhausting journey we couldn’t even charge our phones. The TV in the room was unusable because the cable did not reach the socket — clearly poor room planning. The next day, people were sent to “fix” the issues, but in reality they only cleaned the bathroom. All other problems remained unresolved. After two days of constant messages, explanations, and stress, we finally received a second towel — old, worn out, and with HOLES in it. Solving such a basic issue took an unreasonable amount of time, energy, and communication with staff, including discussions about who was on vacation and whether we really had only one towel at check-in. During our entire week-long stay, the room was never cleaned, and bed linen and towels were never changed. Once, when we randomly met the cleaner and asked her to take out the trash, she removed the garbage bag but did not even put a new one in the bin. We met the host a couple of times and he asked if everything was fine, but by that point we were already exhausted. We didn’t have the time or energy to keep raising issues that were being handled extremely slowly, and based on previous experience, it was clear that it wouldn’t lead to real solutions. Overall, this stay caused unnecessary stress and completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. I would not recommend this place unless basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service are significantly improved.

The location was excellent with everything in walking distance, a great view, nearby shops

We really enjoyed the location — it was excellent. The beach, metro, and trams were all within walking distance, and the view from the window was great. All the shops were nearby as well. I also work out, so finding a gym in the basement was a nice bonus. Yes, the shared kitchen and shared bathroom are part of the setup, but for the price and overall value, it wasn’t an issue. This is a great option.

L'endroit du logement est parfait pour visiter Dubai. La vue est super et l’accès à la Marina très facile. Immeuble facile d'accès. Peu de bruit vous pouvez vous y reposez tranquille. La réactivité +++ sur whatsApp du logeur quand il y a un souci.

Dans le logement, l'aménagement de la chambre n'est pas bien optimiser, trop serrer surtout quand vous avez plusieurs valises, 1 seule prise de courant avec une multiprise. Défaut avec les interrupteurs pour la lumière (ne marche pas à l'entrée). Douche, pas d'eau chaude en soirée ! ce qui est très décevant. Pas d'instruction pour l'accès à la piscine.

постоянный ужасный шум в номере от кондиционеров, старая поломанная мебель. хорошее расположение и красивый вид

понравилось очень расположение и вид с балкона, но на этом все

1) 1.5 часа призвезде мы делали вай фай, это ужас. мы были после перелета и этим не хотелось заниматься. потом вай фай заработал 2) полнейший ужасный постоянный шум в ванной! там работают кондиционеры от всего дома и их не отключить никак. мы спали всегда будто летим в самолете , звук такой же как от турбин самолета. шум постоянный 24/7. голова болела от него 3) поломанная мебель… шкаф еле стоит поломанный, в ванной не держатся вешалки для полотенец 4) не работала в начале горячая вода. первый день и ночь не было горячей воды, потом приходили сотрудники и несколько часов чинили. мне нельзя было в это время оставить номер. пришлось ждать 5) не хотели в начале выдавать полотенца, потому что на 5 дней на двоих парней дали всего одно полотенце, мы просили больше. в итоге потом дали 6) общение почему-то всегда с разными ватсапами. то один ватсап у них , то другой, то букинг. это мешало коммуникации 7) балкон НЕ ЛИЧНО ВАШ, это очень важно! балкон делится на два номера и там ходили чужие люди. это важно указать в описании номера 8) нас в начале хотели заселить в общий номер, хотя оплачен индивидуальный номер со своей ванной. хотели заселить в общую ванную. хорошо что решился этот вопрос 9) на балконе постоянно мокро из-за кондиционеров , газон всегда мокрый
