The location is very strategic and convenient. The owner is very responsive helping me in many ways. I really appreciate his hospitality. This place clean, balcony has good view, walking distance to tram, metro, Dubai marina. And not to mention about food! Overall I am satisfied. The place is busy but maintain privacy. Ordering online not a problem at all.

The keyless entry Was brilliant and the location is great. The double bed was very comfortable and the balcony was lovely.
The bathroom could have done with some Mould & mildew spray as could the splash back in the kitchen

Location and responsiveness of the host.
Maintenance, condition of the furniture, cleanliness of the walls, and the fact that this is not a true one-bedroom apartment but a studio converted into a one-bedroom.
