Location is good and the check in was easy. However the flat really needs deep cleaning, maintenance and noise cancellat

Very enjoying
The location is very strategic and convenient. The owner is very responsive helping me in many ways. I really appreciate his hospitality. This place clean, balcony has good view, walking distance to tram, metro, Dubai marina. And not to mention about food! Overall I am satisfied. The place is busy but maintain privacy. Ordering online not a problem at all.

Cute comfortable apartment with great location
The keyless entry Was brilliant and the location is great. The double bed was very comfortable and the balcony was lovely.
The bathroom could have done with some Mould & mildew spray as could the splash back in the kitchen

Recomand, doar pentru amplasarea bună..
Amplasarea este foarte bună. La câteva minute de mers pe jos este stația de metro, iar plaja tot așa aproape..Sunt câteva restaurante în zona unde poți lua masa..
Ușa la balcon nu se închide etanș..fiind șosea principală nu puteai să adormi deoarce trec mașini până seara târziu..apartamentul este o garsoniera cu un perete de rigips care nici acela nu este până sus. Trebuie rezolvat ceva cu scurgerea din baie și din bucatarie(din când in când vine câte un miros ciudat..probabil scurgea face legătura cu țeava de canalizare) Trebuie insistat puțin pe curățenie( cuptorul cu microunde nicio șansă de folosire, sau alte electrocasnice).. Frigiderul nou nouț, mașina de spălat la fel. Apartamentul nu mai arată ca în poze..repet, mai trebuie și el puțin reîmprospătat.
