Ugly services

I booked the room and paid on 10Jan, as per that i went location on time. there was no space, then they shown a labor camp. I refused to stay there and asked them to refund, till this moment they didnt paid. I took all the pictures of the rooms and conditions. already informed to Dubai Police. After that I paid 880AED for staying for one day. Very worst worst worst service Booking.com. I will attach here which property they shown to me to stay.

To avoid, especially if you are a woman

The place was very smelly and only men (1 woman only). The bed linen was also very smelly like it was not washed. The rooms were very small with 6 beds. The bathroom was wet everywhere with full rubbish🗑. The corridor where to sit or move was tiny and full of luggage. The individual locker had a broken lock and was tiny, not even enough to put your stuff.

DISAPOITING

I booked this place expecting a proper luxury hostel experience, but unfortunately that was not the case. Upon arrival, I discovered it is not an actual hostel, but rather an apartment divided into bed spaces across two rooms, with around 10 people sharing the flat. There were personal belongings and luggage scattered everywhere, and the apartment had a strong unpleasant smell. This setup felt more like worker bed space accommodation rather than a legitimate hostel environment. I was in Dubai for a conference and chose this location because of its proximity to the World Trade Center, which was the main advantage. However, the cleanliness standards and the way the accommodation is operated felt uncomfortable and somewhat misleading. It does not feel like an officially managed hostel, but rather privately arranged shared rooms within a residential apartment. The only positive aspects were the building facilities — the gym, sauna, and pool were genuinely good and well maintained. That was the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, I would not book this place again. For those attending events near the World Trade Center, I would instead recommend looking at nearby hotels. For example, Al Shada Hotel (a Saudi boutique hotel) located just behind Voco Hotel is affordable, clean, and much more suitable for business or conference stays.

The only positive aspects of this place were the location and the building facilities. The location is excellent, especially for the World Trade Center area. The rooftop pool, gym, and sauna were genuinely good and well maintained. Unfortunately, aside from that, the accommodation itself was disappointing.

Do not waste your money or risk your health.

The location is good and convenient, especially if you’re visiting for work or need easy access to the World Trade Center or the Dubai International Financial Centre.

This hostel is extremely unclean. The bedding is dirty—the sheets and blankets are stained and not even white anymore. There were cockroaches around the beds, likely coming from the wooden frames. I informed the staff about this uncomfortable situation, and they changed my bed. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn’t. The next morning I woke up with my entire body covered in bed bug bites. Basic necessities are missing—there was no toilet paper at all. Do not consider this place for even a minute. If I had the chance, I would close this hostel. It is a serious risk to people’s health and should not be operating.

Very very bad ant not not clean facility

It is very dirty No one clean the room Kitchen is not clean then I did not took even one glass of water from there No body take care of people to respect the others If you put some things in fridge the other will use without your allow Bathroom is not clean All people put their towels inside bath room

Property there is no hanger to gang your closes When you go to bath you can not hang your closes There is no hanger I hope I would not be seek after stay there

Don't waste your money in this place

There was nothing to like in this place..... I booked for 6 nights... On day one tenant staying there created a ruckus.. and police was called... On day 2 & 3 there was no electricity in the whole apartment....... I asked for blankets but was told they don't have stock.... No pillow covers no cleaning place was a mess Washrooms were not clean Place was full of flies Kitchen was not cleaned... Flies were buzzing al around

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar: 47€/nacht is TE veel om op een 6p kamer te slapen

Het zwembad was proper en daarmee is alles gezegd.

Bed=doorgelegen Costant rokerslucht in de mini slaapkamer waar 6 p slapen en de terrasdeur niet dicht kan. Keuken? Die is er maar geen borden, bestek en smerig. Badkamer? ALTIJD nat, geen toiletpapier: je gat mag je afspuiten en nat in je broek steken! Lawaai: de Duitsers hielden geen rekening met de rest: nachtlawaai, roken, luid spreken, smijten met deuren!

Die Lage zur Messe war sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und die Metro ist fußläufig und unkompliziert erreichbar.

Das Apartment ist in einem sehr dreckigen Zustand. Es gab keine Decken, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier etc. Als wir darauf bestanden haben, bekamen wir die Bettwäsche und die Decken und auch die Handtücher erst am zweiten Tag. Der Kühlschrank stinkt, das Bad ist ekelhaft. Dann wollte der Manager noch doppelte Miete kassieren. Also eine Bruchbude unter aller Sau. Bitte lasst die Finger davon. Wir sind auf den Preis reingefallen und von dem netten Lächeln von Abdul wird es nicht sauberer oder gemütlicher darin. Es wird einfach niemals gewischt. Ich bin entsetzt.
