The jbr and the marina building have issues in there maintenance cleaning system it’s not like before

There are a series problems with plumbing systems in the apartment , If anyone in the upers floor apartment flashed the toilet avery bad smells coming all over the apartment . So we spend all our trips outside or in the balcony

Location is perfect. Only 10min stroll from JBR beach. Apartment is clean and well furnished. Wifi and tv are also very good. Hosts are very supportive and helpful. Good cafes and shops nearby. Good value for money

Great Stay

Nice and clean apartment. Well maintained and decorated apartment. There was everything what you need - iron, kitchen utensils, washing machine, microwave. Feels like home, not hotel. Very welcoming and caring host. Location is perfect - close to metro, restaurants, supermarkets and beach. Reasonable price.

Excellent trade-off between price and quality, I'd say that this is best choice if you'd like to get an apartment nearby JBR - 15 mins walking - for a lovely price. I stayed there with family and we were the first guests at this place after renovation. Everything inside of apartment is new. Especially I'd like to highlight the hospitality of apartment owners (and you can contact to them in Russian language if you need). They're very responsive and ready to assist with any questions.

Очень хорошие апартаменты👍. Аиша всегда была на связи, во время заезда и выезда никаких проблем и сложностей не возникло. Расположение прекрасное, рядом метро на котором можно доехать куда угодно. Также пляж JBR буквально в 10 минутах ходьбы, рядом есть все и магазины, кафе, аптеки и т д. В квартире есть все необходимое, абсолютно все работает исправно. Очень довольны, думаю вернемся сюда еще не раз.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés 4. emeleti szállás, jó kilátással, nagy erkéllyel. A szoba a célnak megfelelő, normál apartman szint ami akár 4 ember számára is megfelelő. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész, szinte azonnal válaszol whatsappon mindenre.

Wifi gondjaink voltak, a sávszélesség nem volt elegendő vagy szolgáltató gondok voltak.
