This is the place can able to stay with family .Staycae staffs all are good and treated as a good level. Especially Mr.Imran who is handling the guest such a good level and responce amazing.

When I book in dubai the apartment but when they take payment they send me location Expo out of Dubai completely different place / pictures are not same as real one / staff very bad /zero customer services. They ask 1000 aed deposit on arriv

i was ignored everytime when i need any help from the staff.

i do like the place and it is nice if you are looking for the quite place.

i booked the room from booking.com. I always read the description before I book the room but it make me upset after I reached the hotel. staff doesn’t want to listen anything if you need any help during stay. they don’t even received the call, I tried to call many times.I am not saying that don’t go in there for your holiday, i just want to post my experience during stay. Maybe i was the only person who was treated like outsiders, not as guest. before you booked your room/apartment make sure that you choose the right company. i don’t feel satycae celestia as a good company to book any room for long stay. The staff was so rude to me when i ask him to check in early if possible. he was just rude and mean to me during my whole stay. And mainly there were lots of Ozzie in the room and not properly cleaned. i had complained about it but the staff doesn’t want to listen. i felt so bad when they ignored everything. they doesn’t want to help at all.

Value for money

New apartment, good size, very quiet, has supermarket, gym and pool. Facilities are very good.

Only problem is that it's far away from the centre and there's no transport, you can always do taxi but it will cost you a minimum of around 100 AED.

there is no room service, the location in the Booking.com it was in the downtown but it is outside Dubai almost half hour

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Near the expo (20 min). Good stuff. Good internet.

Oven didn't work and we couldn't make pizza. Cooking ware, especially pan, were very old and fire leave black smog on it( Lack of dishwasher soap, and bathroom facilities ( only 2 tubes of shampoo for 8 days for 2 persons) The fire alarm was broken and we had to wake up several times listening to this annoying alarm. Hope the housekeeper will repair it soon. We saw a cockroach!

I had a self catering apartment which had enough basic utensils for use..

Cleaning services could have been included in the package. The gas burner was difficult to light. It also became quite chilly at night at some stage and couldnt get heat out of the aircon facility. Also a non-slip mat for the shower would be very useful.

The time of the check in It wasn't possible to make accords about it A person of the staff didn't respect the time of the check out, the room wasn't clean and nobody brought the toilet paper. It was difficult to find a new room because the ours had a water infiltration.

At the checking I was charged with additional security deposit of AED1000 which not mentioned in the offer. At the checkout I was informed that I will get back money after 2 weeks. It is already 1,5 month later and I don't have nay precise information when I will get back my security deposit.
