The best choice!

The location was perfect, especially for exploring around the marina. The hostel had a great vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone was very respectful, and the place was clean and comfortable. It’s definitely a great choice if you’re looking to stay somewhere welcoming and conveniently located.

I got more than i expected

Location was very good, close to the beach, short walk from the metro and tram, lots of shops around and places to eat. The place was very clean and well maintained and everyone was very respectful, I liked the vibe there, I felt safe at all times. The communication with the host was excelent. I could not recommend this place more.

I honestly felt sorry that i had to leave.

Definitely will return again!

Everything was great! Felt very welcomed and comfortable - it was like staying with family. Ahmed is paying a lot of attention to the needs of the guests and maintaining the place. Everything is very clean, kitchen got all you need. Swimming pool water was warmed up so you can swim even in the evening (In January it gets quite chill as sun goes down). Plenty of supermarkets 24/7 in the area, the neighborhood is very safe - very near to the beach. The beach has an open-air free gym. I wish i stayed longer. When i return to Dubai - i know where i will stay :)

It's a bit unfair that the upper and lower beds are same prices, but the lower bed has more advantages - like, besides the fact you don't have to climb up, - you've got access to the plug and have curtains (which not only give you privacy, but also save you form sudden lights on at night and the a/c cold wind). However the stairs are with handles and are comfortable to climb, and the bed itself was very nice - comfy mattress and pillow, and warm blanket.

It was good experience but the sanitation was not as i expected

The bed was clean. It was safe property. It has balcony and big tv.

The bathroom often does not has toilet paper. The bedroom was very crowded and smell bad at night. The bathroom does not clean every day as there was about ten peaple using it daily.

Great stay

What a social hostel and nice vibe! The host was very nice, friendly and open to meeting new people and exchanging conversation! I was able to gain further insight into the life in Dubai, thanks to people being open-minded and friendly. It feels more like staying at someone's flat, rather than a hostel. Some people are there for short-term stay, some people for longer stay. There is separate bedroom for girls (3 bunk beds in one room, 2 bunk beds in another) and a separate bedroom for guys. Each room has its own bathroom. There is also a kitchen and a chill/living area. It is very clean.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was a lovely and welcoming environment where I met a bunch of people with whom I hung out and exchanged conversations. Just maybe one suggestion: to have some rules around using the TV and noise level. The chill area represents a great environment for hanging out as well as co-working space. However, it can be greatly interrupted when someone has a TV turned on the whole day, until 3am. There should be headphones connected to the TV for people who wish to engage with it, still giving space to others to use the area for other purposes. There are plenty of plug ins in the chill area, however, it was quite disappointing finding out there were no plug ins next to the bed (as they usually are in a hostel). Maybe something to change, if possible ..? I wish the beds were more comfortable. I still had a good sleep but the mattress was very firm.

Highly Recommend

This place was so wonderful and clean, the atmosphere was amazing. The location is the best as it in between the beach and marina, close to tram and metro, bus route just outside the building. The pics are actually really how the place looks. Very well run and maintained , I felt safe. The pool and gym was the cherry on top for me. Thanks so much guys, I will definitely be back and will recommend all my friends and family.

I liked everything besides the fact that I had to leave.

Objekt in zentraler guter Lage. Man bekommt das, was man bezahlt…

Die Unterkunft ist in unmittelbarer Lage zur Dubai Marina und man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Beach. Im Gebäudekomplex ist ein großer und guter Supermarkt. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in einer Vielzahl vorhanden. Die Bahn, mit der man bis zum Airport fährt, ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt. In der Unterkunft sind Gäste aus aller Welt und das Zusammenleben bereichert tagsüber den Aufenthalt und der Austausch mit ihnen macht Spaß. Die im Appartement lebende Haushälterin ist stets bemüht zu helfen, freundlich und sorgt für gute Sauberkeit.

Ich hatte insbesondere auch mit dieses Objekt gebucht, da man das da befindliche Fitnessstudio mit benutzen sollen konnte. Vor Ort wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass der Vermieter keine Beiträge dafür bezahlt und eine Nutzung somit (auch bei evtl. Eigenzahlung) ausgeschlossen ist. Das sollte vorab offen kommuniziert werden! Am Beach befindet sich ein Outdoorfitness, was man nutzen kann. Das Appartement wurde an 2 Übernachtungen sprichwörtlich überfüllt, weil die Nachfrage zum Jahreswechsel so groß war. Überall lagen Leute, selbst am Boden des gemeinsamen Wohnzimmers. In der Nacht merkte man diese hohe Anzahl an Gästen und die verschiedenen Mentalitäten. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken und es herrschte ein ständiges reges Treiben bis zum Morgen und wurde nicht unterbunden. Um zum Pool im Objekt zum kommen, benötigt man eine Plastikkarte, die man von der Haushälterin bekommt, wofür man den Reisepass oder 25 Euro als Pfand hinterlegen muss.
