The most comfortable place for vacation or staycasion in Al Barsha area.

One of the most comfy and cozy rooms in Dubai (both in studios and 1-bedrooms). One bedroom looks like a palace for the price!! (In size and interior). Super good buffet on the first floor (breakfast, lunch and dinner), in-room dining, washing machine and a coffee machine with capsules, carpeted floor (NOT common in Dubai :)), very nice and friendly staff! One of the best hotels in the area if you look for Tecom/Al Barsha. :)

All minor operational issues were quickly fixed upon request, so no remarks here. :)

The worst stay I have had in my life!! AVOID!!

Location

Horrendous I didn’t stay my full stay. I checked out early and asked for a refund and they refused. There were cockroaches all over my room. Staff were rude and abrupt!

• good location (a lot of places around: shops, restaurants, also pretty close to the sea and sites like Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates) • convenient layout (large bed, big desk, several chairs) • friendly staff

• everything’s expensive (accommodation, food, etc) • not really clean (stains on the carpet, unclean bath) • insects (usually some bugs like little cockroaches) • old facilities, some of them broken (TV remote control, iron)

The place is very well located and good equipment even for cook

They charge me a 500 dirhams deposit without tell me in advance, as i didn't had cash, they charge extra non refundable 12 dirhams, so yes, i loose that 12 dirhams. Also in the bathroom i found little cockroaches

The staffs behaviour and the over all cleanliness.. room type and size was good. It was comfortable and location was good too

I had to wait for check in.. that was the only issue faced also there wasn't any advance payment link like tryp by Wyndham where I usually stay, to pay in advance and so I had to send someone before a day of arrival to pay in cash.
