a pleasant stay in Dubai with swimming and pleasant guests, nice outdoor cafes along the beach

The location of the accommodation is super, right on the beach and marina walk, plenty of beach restaurants after the beach. The accommodation itself had everything you needed can really recommend this accommodation and the host of the house is a real rock had a really good stay there and a big thank you to the host 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Everything, description of property is literally a lie, after booking you receive a message from the property explaining the real conditions of the property. If you cancel there is no refund, if you contact them they dont answer, ever. Booking is absolutely useless as well.

Good place to stay for holiday. not for family

Great hostel for people travelling for work or solo. Its clean with great view of sea from the balcony. The sheet and beds are clean and comfortable. Over all a good budget place to stay.

The temperature in the hostel is quite less. So it feel quite cold somtimes.

The hostel is small and has many beds in the room. But apartment from that everything is great. Its clean and well managed. The location is fabulous and the people there are also quite good as compared to other hostels i have stayed in.

🚨 Warning: Total Scam and Fraudulent Practices at This Hostel! 🚨

I booked a room at this so-called "mixed" hostel through the Booking app for my female friend, clearly providing her passport copy during the process, which includes her gender. The description promised a mixed setup, but upon her arrival, they claimed the girls' dorm was full and the only spot left was in the men's room!!! When I contacted them, some guy casually apologized, saying they "didn't know she was a girl" despite the passport evidence staring them in the face. This reeks of deliberate misinformation to lure bookings without honoring them. They offered a "free cancellation" as a supposed fix, which I applied for immediately—FIVE DAYS AGO—and it's still pending with zero approval or refund in sight. I've reached out multiple times via phone, WhatsApp, and the Booking app chat, only to be met with no response or empty promises. This isn't just poor service; it's fraudulent behavior designed to trap your money while providing nothing in return. Avoid this place at all costs—it's a scam disguised as a hostel. They ignore communications, withhold refunds, and put guests in unsafe situations. Booking.com should delist them! Zero stars if possible.

Location , care taker Khaled from Egypt is really a nice man.

5 bunk bedroom is too crowded with hardly any space to move, no cloth peg in bathroom difficult to keep passport mobile etc , you have to pay 20 AED for each cloth wash for a 4kg machine capacity, only 1 stand for drying up clothes for 10 visitors as it’s full during season.

This was not as, as we think. Site or representative should have to clear about the conditions about stay n share room with others, n limitiions before receiving money. The place is located nearby all the touristic attractions, jbr beach, marina mall, shops and more. Nice place and good people around, the host Khalid is very nice and will be there for you anytime you need him. I loved the energy and i will definitely come back ♥️

WORST STAY EVER: A Warning for Future Guests

My recent stay at this location was an absolute nightmare, and I feel it's my duty to warn others. The experience began with a complete lack of support—there was no host on-site to assist with check-in. The host lives elsewhere and is rarely present, leaving guests to fend for themselves. The state of the property was appalling. It was filthy and rarely a cleaner would come by once a week. The worst part? The sheets and covers were not changed, even for new guests. One of the rooms smelled so bad that some people chose to sleep on the couch to avoid the stench and the broken air conditioning. What was advertised as a quiet, no-party establishment was anything but. Every single night, the place was filled with loud music, shouting, and fights. The refrigerator was stocked with more alcohol and vodka than food, and even personal food items were stolen. The host's attempts to stop the chaos were completely ineffective coz all he does is beg people to stop fearing someone might give a bad rating. If you are considering booking here, be prepared for a complete lack of peace. Bring earplugs, as sleeping will be nearly impossible. My strongest advice is to book elsewhere. This place will take a serious toll on your sleep and sanity; it is simply not worth the hassle.

Horrible !

Horrible, 10 personne dans une chambre de moins de 15 mettre carré ! En lit superposé et il n'y avait même pas la place pour nos valises, clairement cette appartement était surpeuplé sans conté la dame de ménage avec sa fille de moins de 5 ans ! J'étais fatiguée impossible de dormir à mon arrivée ! Je suis repartie 5 minutes après !
