They have to clear better and care about the costumer

The location is perfect but the igene was not the best I asked if the room would be cleaned since I paid for two reservations and they didn't do it and above all I couldn't sleep in peace that the doors of the neighbours kept slamming continuously it was hell unfortunately not the best

Please think million times before you choose this place. It’s a bullshit!

Nothing it’s a total crap

I didn’t like everything about the property. Please anywho wants to stay here please please think a million times. I actually booked this place for a month to stay. Unfortunately, when I came to this place it looks so old and dodgy. The photos were very deceiving than in real. This place is so dirty, smelly, around the corridor area there were garbages, inside the room were full of mosquitoes and there was a cat entered inside my room. The staircase railway was so shaky and I almost tripped and fall. They made the windows as a door pathway. Seriously it is the most horrible villa in the whole Dubai. It is so disappointing how can booking.com advertise such a place! Also the fridge it was so smelly like a dead corpse smell. Kitchen was so dirty. Seriously it is the most horrible place to stay ever. Then I immediately left this place on the same day because I can’t imagine myself living like this for a month. After that, I called the property manager Mr Karim for a full a refund but he was so adamant to NOT refund my money and instead he offered another accommodation somewhere else to stay which was too far to my workplace. I actually sent so many emails and called the booking.com customer service but they fail to settle my issue and I DID NOT get my full refund, my 3k+++ AED just got burnt like that. I have decided to lodge a police report against this place because I just feel this place is a total crap and it’s a scam. I am so extremely disappointed with Mr Karim and he blocked my number to escape from this situation. My problem was not solved till now!!!

Io ho preso quella stanza per riposare e rilassarmi e invece mi sono solo stressata soldi buttati nel cesso

L’unica cosa positiva è che la stanza ma il resto non è il massimo

La gente sbattono le porte continuamente poi il bagno il Comune è sempre sporco non viene pulito bene ho chiesto se mi potessero pulire la stanza visto che avevo pagato le pulizie non me l’hanno pulita io non riuscivo a dormire bene perché la gente non ha rispetto per chi dorme

Temzlik çok kötü , sıcak su yok !! Her yer kırık ve dökük Cleaning is very bad, no hot water!! Everywhere is ruined and dilapidated
