Located close to the famous Machines of the Islands, this is a recent apartment, ideal for a stay on the island of Nantes. Close to the quays, you can take the opportunity to take pleasant walks, from this one all the amenities are nearby including a bakery on the ground floor, not to mention that you are about ten minutes away on foot from the hypercenter.
The undisputed bonus of the accommodation is its balcony, which offers you a breathtaking view of the city of Nantes and the Loire.
The living room is also very pleasant, its numerous openings make it bright. You will find a lounge area, ideal for snuggling up in front of a movie on TV, then the dining area where you can share delicious meals prepared in the very well equipped kitchen. The latter is modern with its black color and is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms. The first offers a double bed (160) and is also equipped with a television, ensuring comfort and serenity for a good night's sleep. The second bedroom has a double bed (140).
You will also find a bathroom with hairdryer, a separate toilet, 2 smart TVs, a DENON mini hi-fi system. And, a parking space is reserved for you for maximum convenience.
Located on the island of Nantes, in an ideal area for families and close to shops and restaurants, the rental is close to all amenities. The restaurants “Le Progrès” and “Paola — Le Clan des Mamma” are less than 5 minutes away on foot. The “Carrefour Express” supermarket is less than 10 minutes away on foot. The Nantes SNCF train station is easily accessible in 15 minutes by public transport. Finally, the Graslin Opera and Place Royale are located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, an opportunity to discover more the streets of Nantes.
