This is in an excellent location, but not a comfortable nights stay.

Excellent location.

The place was dirty, it smelled overwhelmingly of damp, it hit you as you walk through the (damp damaged) door. There were extensive stains on most of the furniture (I have photos). The flat was incredibly noisy due to students living in the other apartments (not their fault, its their house). The bed linen smelled of a mixture of damp and cigarettes and the flat was boiling hot. The wifi was off a mobile dongle which was not charged, there were dishes but no soap or sponge to wash up. The absolute minimum effort has been made to make this flat hospitable.

Apartment is very beautiful, modern and comfortable. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and within 3 minutes walk from the super market and the bakery. All the amenities you need are nearby but at the same time it is very peaceful. The neighbourhood seemed very safe. The host is very friendly and kind. We were allowed to access the property 2 hours earlier. It really helped us as we had to leave our apartment in Dieppe at 11 and arrived in Rouen at 1. We had an amazing stay. Rouen is absolutely magical. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book this apartment when we visit Rouen again. Thank you very much

Nothing. Everything was great. Some guests mentioned that the light in the corridor didnt turn on. It didn't bother me at all. There was light at the bottom and that was enough.

We couldn’t stay at the property had to book another hotel

We couldn’t gain access to the property no keys was left nobody there to meet us tried to call the number nobody answered got a txt from them asking for identification via txt message very strange so had to book another hotel not good at all

Un séjour que nous avons apprécié dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur du logement, la répartition des pièces (une chambre avec un lit deux places) et un salon cuisine avec un canapé convertible. Les équipements de la cuisine étaient suffisants : four, four micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière Senso (les hôtes avaient mis à disposition quelques capsules de café et des sachets de thé), une plaque vitro céramique, un réfrigérateur. L'appartement était bien chauffé. La décoration agréable.

Les toilettes se situent dans le cabinet de toilettes dans la chambre. Le logement est mal isolé phonétiquement. Les couverts sont insuffisants : deux petites cuillères et aucun véritable bol. Pas de lumière dans l'escalier.

Decor trés jolie et épuré tout y etait serviette savon papier toilette capsul pour le cafer .... Endroit plutot calme avec beaucoup de magasin autour ce qui permet la petite balade nocturne restauration rapide a proximité si on a pas l'envie de cuisiner et petit carrefour market juste a coter si on manque d'apéro pour terminer la soirée 😅 Merci encore a vous cetait un sejour sympathique

Le matelas du lit etait dure ce qui a rendu le confort pour la nuit pas tres appreciable et la salle de bain un peu petite

O apartamento fica no primeiro piso. Não havia luz no patamar das escadas. Havia nos restantes pisos. Tivemos q utilizar a luz do telemóvel. Lençóis não são passados a ferro Apenas disponível uma toalha de banho Lavatório na casa de banho muito pequeno

Rouen est une très belle ville.

Excellent emplacement et calme

porte d'entrée de l'immeuble très étroite, couloir un peu glauque. A notre arrivée: lit fait sans couette. J'appelle le propriétaire, très réactif qui me dit que la femme de ménage les a emmenées à nettoyer et va venir avec une couette. Il me rappelle: les couettes sont dans le tiroir du canapé. Et ne s'excuse pas! Je découvre 2 couettes sales, tâchées. Et je lui explique que le rideau de la chambre ne tint pas et est tombé: pas grave, me dit-il. Sauf que les voisins peuvent tout voir dans la chambre et quand on sort de la douche. Merci pour l'intimité! Du coup, je découvre des fenêtres sales, un bac de douche qui n'est plus vraiment blanc et des moisissures et cheveux dans la salle de bain.

Appartement bien agencé, accessibilité facile

Le linge de lit sentait mauvais et ne semblait pas lavé, matelas sale, canapé taché, sol non balayé… l’ensemble était assez repoussant. Dommage car l’appartement en lui même est assez agréable et fonctionnel et pourrait être très bien noté si il était propre
