My daughter stayed here and loved this location with the lovely windows. She said she would want to stay there again if she were to return to Rouen.

The appartement is located on de 1st floor on de corner of the building. This is a very busy road. Day and night you will hear a lot of traffic noise. During the night becomes even noisier because drunk people are trying to find their way home an prostitutes are working the streets.
Therefore it's almost impossible to sleep with the window open and there is no AC or fan available. The bed is very firm and small. The mattress has big stains way was covered up with a plastic sheet. It gave us a backache. So sleeping was an issue for us... The living room has less furniture than advertised. No relaxing chair, just a dodgy (needs replacing) sleeping sofa and cheap folding chairs. Cleanliness was also an issue. Most of the dishes not clean, long black hairs in the bed and dirty windows.
Bathroom, although simple, was good. Enjoyed the shower. Kitchen was impractical, not clean, poorly equipped but had a washing machine. So that's a plus .
We did enjoy the location, it's a very short walk to the old town centre and parking your car is possible in a secure garage nearby for 22 euro a night.
