Steep stairs, not suitable for our pet, did not stay

I opened the door but when i saw the stairs and even the stairs to the apartment i knew we could not stay there, it was not advertised with such stairs - we would not have been able to get our dog ujp the stairs. We had to book somewhere else.

Excellent apartment for us, booked last minute but really well communicated information

Location was perfect for us, easy to find and to park on the road. Very clean and spacious.

Couple of minor things were broken (toilet seat, fan (but there was a second), and the fire alarm had a new battery neatly placed next to it rather than in it) but didn't impact the overall stay

Dirty.

Location was good to stop for one night when travelling through. Paid parking available a couple of streets away.

The property hadn’t been properly cleaned (or at all?) before we arrived. The bed wasn’t made with the duvet in a pile in the middle, there was an old toilet seat in the bathroom, bins hadn’t been emptied, packaging left lying around, signs falling off the wall, hair everywhere. The floors were filthy. We were unsure if the previous guests hadn’t checked out when we arrived (at 10pm) as it looked lived in still. One of the fans didn’t work. There was no bedding for the sofabed, the throw that was there was stained. The whole apartment is sloped to one side. I contacted the owner re bed because I was worried it wasn’t clean sheets and the response was “sorry, the cleaning lady must’ve forgot”

Bad experience. Not recommended.

There was a roof above us. The apartment was warm and there was hot water. The location is very good near the centre of the city.

In general, our stay was a uncomfortable. We reserved this apartment for four people and fortunately for only one night. The building is dirty and there are a lot of mouse traps on the stairs, so you can imagine our first impression. But entering the apartment was pretty much the same experience. Very dirty apartment, a lot of dust, no clean sheets and no clean towels. The couch, which is used as the second bed, is old and dirty. Moreover there weren't enough sheets, pillows and no cover for our sleep. Many things inside the apartment were old, overused and ruined, like the door of the bedroom and even the bucket in the bathroom had no cover. Of course there were no extra facilities, like coffee or anything else. Not even enough soap for all of us. Certainly not recommended.

Good stay for 1-2 nights, not for low mobility people as stairs are steep.

Very central and in a quiet area

Not for someone with low mobility. Stairs are quite steep within the flat, challenging to carry bags up. Not much room to stand as the flat is in the roof. Floors are all sloped everywhere. Mattress was soft and old, you would slide to the centre of the bed.

Has great potential!

Location, TV for the kids, pretty well decorated.

The biggest issue for us was the sofa-bed, it's frankly disgusting (dirty and stained) and should be replaced. Also bed linen was provided only for 2 persons, not 4. With parking we were lucky to have found a spot in front of the house on a Sunday. And of course the stairs are a bit of a pain.

Absolutely perfect!

Great property, great location too! Everything exceeded what we expected as well. The apartment is furnished with everything and more that you would need for a stay. We only stayed 1 night but wished now we could have stayed for longer in this little gem! Within 5 minutes you could walk into town which has plenty of restaurants and bars! Would definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay

the place wasn’t enough clean as posted at the pictures. Hair at the bathroom, dust on the corners, bed-sofa quiet stained. bathroom floor at -30* of inclination, I would say a bit uncomfortable. towels quite worn out. For tall people, it could be awkward.

Nice property, in a nice are of town, really close to the centre. Had everything we needed.

The sofa bed and sheets were dirty. The stairs and the steps to the bathroom were not particularly child friendly. I’m 6’2” and my head touched the ceiling in the shower.

Amazing large, clean space.

Decor was fantastic, very clean, very large accomodation area for such a small price! Location excellent. Very friendly and helpful owner. Complimentary treats were a bonus.

A lot of stairs up to the top floor and the stairs were very narrow. To get to the bathroom have to be careful steping over narrow stair way but it was fine for us except that having a baby with us we just had to make sure she didn't go near the stairs. May I suggest access to an optional safety gate that can be put on for guests? Again, wasnt too much of an issue for us.

El departamento está muy bien arreglado y es amplio y cómodo, bien calefaccionado y cercano al centro de la ciudad.

No es cómodo subir el equipaje por escalera 3 pisos, siendo angosta y en zigzag. La escalera divide el departamento del sector de toilet y es un poco peligroso. El suelo está inclinado y hay un sector de la habitación donde hay que tener cuidado para no golpearse la cabeza ya que es un altillo.

Machine à café non fonctionnelle. La fenêtre dans la douche avec le vis à vis est un peu perturbante. Gros bémol pour le lit canapé dans le salon, il n’y a pas de stores donc réveil dès l’aube…

Séjour de travail sur un air de vacances!

Appartement bien situé, à 15 minutes de la cathédrale, 5 minutes de la place du vieux marché (idéal pour visiter et sortir le soir) et 5 minutes de notre lieu de formation (CNFPT). Boite à clé, possibilité de se garer devant le temps de décharger, parking quai Boulet proche du BnB et pas cher.

Nous n'avons pas été impactés, mais il y a 3 étages, dans un immeuble ancien.
