Huge loft-style living room with a large historic tiled stove from an Austrian castle and a view across the 2,500-square-meter garden into the countryside.
Valuable antique furniture, some over 300 years old. High ceilings!
First floor: The 50-square-meter kitchen-dining area, featuring old wooden beams, is spacious yet cozy. It’s clear right away: This house has a soul and exudes history. Next to the new luxury built-in kitchen with marble countertops and an induction stove, you’ll find the small living room with a historic kitchen stove and a 60-inch OLED TV.
The first floor features a large living area with 3 bedrooms, a tiled stove, and a terrace.
The imposing staircase leads up to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two bedrooms with balconies and a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, a bathtub, a rain shower, a bidet, and a granite sink. Calling it a "bathroom" is probably an understatement—an oasis of well-being is a more fitting description.
The centerpiece of the first floor is the large loft-style living room with a castle-style tiled stove, a balcony, and a magnificent view across the expansive property. The historic tiled stove comes from an Austrian castle—and the three large, majestic cabinets are also one-of-a-kind antiques.
The huge garden is fenced in and offers plenty of privacy, as it cannot be seen by neighbors.
The new gas central heating system is only 2 years old.
A SAUNA and WHIRLPOOL will be provided by an external vendor for an additional fee, as they require extensive maintenance. Please ask me about the prices.
Half of the rooms on the first floor are built into the slope. Even at 40 degrees, it therefore stays pleasantly cool, just like air conditioning. For this reason, no air conditioning was installed.
