For a one night stay it was fine but not very comfortable all in all.

The apartment was very modern and apparently newly build. There was a parking space and it was close to the center.

The apartment was not ready for 4 people even though we booked it for four. We tried to get the couch ready as a bed but discovered that some of the sheets and towels were still dirty from the people that stayed in the apartment before us. We told the owner about it but never got a reply. It was a one night stay so it was still manageable - just a bit uncomfortable. The water pressure was very very low, a quick shower was still possible. At 8:45 the constructions in the building started so it was not possible to sleep longer.

Good apartment, great value

Great location, the city centre is really close by foot. New, comfortable and clean apartment, with all new furniture and appliances. Good heating. Many grocery shops near the building. Easy communication with the owner/agency. For recommendation - If I would come again, I would take the same apartment.

Water pressure on shower is bearly enough for showering. The building is not finished, and power tools can be loud in the morning over the working days. The building parking is currently unavailable, so you must park on the muddy and unlit free parking on the opposite side of the boulevard. Note - all this are just small and easy fixable flaws, and does not negatively affect the overall good impression.

Gute Lage, schönes Apartment, aber Abstriche bei Ausstattung und Service des Vermieters.

Das Apartment ist neu, hat eine gute Lage und eine gute Raumaufteilung. Man ist schnell zu Fuss in der Innenstadt. Unten im Gebäude befinden sich ein gutes Cafe, und auch eine Pizzeria, die wir aber nich ausprobiert haben. Der Zugang über Code und Lift ist einfach. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Es ist relativ ruhig dort. Die Elektrogeräte sind gut und neugierig.

Leider gibt es ein paar Sachen, die wir nicht ganz so toll fanden. Bei der Buchung wurde ein reservierten Parkplatz angegeben, der aber noch nicht existiert und gerade gebaut wird. Man muss schauen ob man drum herum etwas findet, was nicht einfach ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist minimal was Geschirr, Besteck und Kochzubehör betrifft. Es gab keine Geschirrtücher, keine Topflappen um etwas aus dem Ofen zu holen. Also bitte alles mitbringen. 2 Handtücher für 2 Personen und Schluss. Dementsprechend war das Backblech im Ofen schon etwas abgebrannt und schmutzig. Da sollte dringend etwas verbessert werden. Auch hat die Fernbedienung von TV gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief darauf schleppend, bzw. er hat gar nicht darauf reagiert, alle Mitteilungen kamen automatisiert, ohne persönlichen Ansprache. Wir waren also 3 Tage ohne, TV, was aber für uns nicht schlimm war.

Parcarea nu este la locatie, este peste drum la aproximativ 300 m , am descoperit la cazare ca lipseste televizorul , sincer merita acordata o mai mare atentie la curatenie, nu poti pune un apartament la inchiriat si sa nu vezi ca macar curatenia trebui pusa pe primul plan. Am primit codul de acces de intrare in scara fara sa-mi spuna ca dupa introducerea codului de acces trebui apasata si tasta #

Jest dobrze, choć kilka minusów można znaleźć.

Blisko centrum, okolica spokojna i czysta. Budynek nowoczesny, ładnie wykończony, choć jeszcze w trakcie budowy. W apartamencie dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Układ pomieszczeń i mebli całkiem OK. Duży plus za pralkę i suszarkę. Ogólnie wrażenia pozytywne, poza kilkoma mankamentami.

Apartament słabo posprzątany, sporo kurzu i pajęczyn, w toalecie przywitała nas zawieczona pusta rolka papieru toaletowego. Na ścianach sporo śladów od zabijanych komarów, które przy otwartych oknach chętnie przylatywały. Apartament był przygotowany jak na 2 osoby, pomimo, że byliśmy w czwórkę. Brakowało jednej poduszki i pościeli. Wyposażenie w kuchni też mocno ograniczone.

Jedna noc w Timisoarze

Niezła lokalizacja. Niedaleki spacer do centrum.

Brak parkingu pod apartamentem. Wskazano nam miejsce po drugiej stronie drogi, ale apartament nie ma przydzielonego miejsca postojowego, co powinno być w treści opisu. Apartament był niezbyt czysty, dużo komarów na ścianach, żywych i martwych. Dywanik w łazience był brudny. Najgorsze były brudne poduszki i kołdry. Kanapa w salonie jest połamana i nie da się jej rozłożyć, a tym samym spać we dwie osoby. Personel nie zareagował w żaden sposób na tę informację.

Prijatan boravak

Zgrada je u novom naselju, svi stanovi su novi i apartman je lepo opremljen. 15tak minuta setnje do centra, okruzenje je veoma mirno i prijatno. Stan ima masinu za pranje i susenje vesa, mikrotalasnu, ugradnu rernu, aparat za filter kafu, peglu. Spavaca soba je veoma udobna, ugaona u dnevnoj sobi nije bas za puno nocenja. Terasica je preslatka i stolice na ljuljanje su pun pogodak... Smestaj je sve i svemu lep i ugodan uz male korekcije bi bio fenomenalan....

Rerna je prljava - nije ocisceno verovatno za prethodnim gostima, kuvalo ne izgleda kao da je za koriscenje. Pritisak vode je slabiji i na vrucu bodu morate da sacekate da biste mogli da se istusirate. Dodala bih neke sitnice koje bi upotpunile sadrzaj da bude malo bogatije, jer je ipak apartman sa jacom cenom, kao sto su toster, kucne papuce bilo kakve, peskir i za lice i za telo ne samo jedan po osobi, dzezvu za kafu...

Jesidino bi trebali da precizirate sifru ulaznih vrata zgrade.Mi smo imali samo sifru Ali ne I #ispred I iza brojeva ,a to se trazilo…Sve ostalo je ok

Все було добре. Гарна квартира зі свіжим ремонтом, новий сучасний комплекс, чудове розташування ( до центру міста 15 хв пішки,завжди були на звʼязку коли виникали питання.
