Location is the biggest advantage, right in the city center. Host was supporting us very fast, solving the issues.

In our case, the apartment was not cleaned as expected. The cleaning lady came after calling the host and remediate the situation. The general state of the apartment is no longer like in the pictures. The smell of cigarettes in the kitchen! A dirty ash tray was waiting for us.... normally the smoking is not allowed.

Location of the apartment is perfect since it is situated in the city center and there are two public parking's available (one on the street in front of the building but we could not find free space since we arrived in the evening but just behind the building there is a big parking that you have to pay per hour - from 5 RON to 8 RON, depending on the time of the day). It was great that we were offered by the host to park in the backyard of the building since there was one free space. The price was really reasonable one. This worked in a way that every time we needed to exit or enter into the parking we had to contact our host to open the ramp and although this seems to be complicated it worked perfectly well. All compliments to the host who was very quick in his responses. Check-in info that we received 2 days before arrival is very detailed and clear so you can easily enter the building and apartment if you follow all the steps as described. Apartment is fully equipped and what is positive is that you can find some capsules for a coffee machine. Also is good that there are some umbrellas available in case of the rain that you can use and you can find some slippers so you do not have to walk in your shoes after being in them the whole day. There was enough toilette paper for 4 of us for stay of 3 nights which usually is not the case with the rented apartment.

I would suggest to put some hangers in the toilet cause the space is is not user friendly to hang 4 towels around and to know to whom one belongs. Also I would prefer to have one additional towel per person (since only one per person is available) even though this was maybe possible since the host offered to bring whatever is additionally needed. You need to be aware that you will be asked at check-out to put towels in the toilet on the floor or to leave them in the basket and to sort your trash/garbage which is really not difficult to do but you would maybe expect not to be asked such a things.

Stan sve ima, u samom centru je, bukvalno preko puta pešacke zone. Sve je bilo lako, i za kljuceve i za dogovor. Preporucujem ovaj objekat.

Localizarea a fost perfectă

Foarte murdar, probabil au un contract cu o firmă de curățenie care fac foarte de suprafață igienizarea, pahare murdare de ruj, nespălat pe jos, iar praful pe plantele de plastic și pe lângă mobilă foarte mult.
