Great location, disappointing conditions!

Location is great! Lots of walking streets all around, the beautiful Metropolitan Church, Operei, Libertatii and Unirii Squares right there. Lots of restaurant and coffee shops. The apartment is big. There are blinders at the windows. The heating system worked just fine, so he apartment was warm. Good internet connection. It has a washing machine. The building has an elevator.

The apartment looks and it is dirty I would say. The walls are dirty with a lot of stains. The floors might be brushed, but in the corners and along the walls it is dirt. In the kitchen the floor is damaged, the coffee machine made the worst coffee ever...I would say that it is impossible to use. In the living room, the couch is damaged...still not sure if it opens in order to sleep there...we didn't need the couch to sleep. The small bedroom was quite, but the walls were dirty and the bed is making so much noise, however not as noisy as the one in the big bedroom. The big bed in the other bedroom was crazy...I woke up every time me or my husband moved....it is cracking like hell, no way to put the kids to sleep there and leave the bed without the kids waking up. Also the big room it is very to extremely noisy....you can hear all the cars, motorcycles, whatever and it is also colder as the balcony is part of the room. The bathroom is well equipped, but it is not a place to stay longer than a pee......it smells so horible..it smells like pee...At first we thought that the small carpets are smelling and we took them out, but no....the wooden floor is smelling....its really terrible, I have never experienced this before...also a wooden floor is not appropriate for a bathroom, but yeah....it is what it is. Also, there is mold in the shower... A funny fact, before booking, I read one of the reviews from 2024 I think, stating that the bathroom door is missing a handle, well, one year later, the handle is still missing...so the owner doesn't really care about what clients say, if he doesn't bother to put a handle at the bathroom door, which is one hour job or so.... All in all, it is a shame that so many things are wrong and the price is high.,..but we paid the price for the location, so the rest, I suppose, can wait a little longer.

Apartment was not prepared, very dissapointing

The location of the apartment is very good, but that is all.

We have booked the apartment for 6 adults, two bedrooms were okay, but the livingroom sodlfa was not prepared. We had to search all the apartment for pillows, sheets and towels - we managed to find some of the items for livingroom but not everything, so two of us had to sleep with only pillows.. The apartment itself is in need of repairs it can be seen in pictures (sofa is damadged in various places, floors in kitchen also damaged, etc.), also shower was full of small flies. When we booked the place it was marked that parking would be available, but few days before our stay we were informed that only public paid parking is possible near the apartment.

Large apartment, great location Comfortable beds. Lots of towels.

The stove did not work. I sent a message to the owner and no reply was received. Also no electric kettle. So we needed to warm water for coffee using the microwave:-( No lightbulbs in one of the bedrooms. No handle on one of the doors

The apartment is spacious, with large rooms and comfortable beds, quality white goods, tv's, and the building, although old style, has a lift, which is a huge plus.. Access instructions have been straightforward and easy to follow. Overall, it was a great stay.

Dobro razmisliti pri rezervaciji ovog smestaja.

U opisu pise da poseduju parking sto nije istina. U apartmanu je bilo hladno, i nestala je struja samo u tom stanu. Menadzer nas je u pola noci prebacio u drugi stan koji je bio dosta udaljen,a mi smo platili smestaj u centru, bez povrata dela novca koji smo uplatili za smestaj i centru. Oprez pri rezervaciji ovog smestaja

Am petrecut un sejur excelent în acest apartament cu 2 dormitoare situat chiar în centrul Timișoarei, lângă Operă. Locația este perfectă — aproape de toate atracțiile importante, restaurante și cafenele, dar în același timp liniștită. Apartamentul este foarte curat, spațios și călduros, ideal pentru o familie sau un grup mai mare. Noi am fost 4 adulți și 2 copii și ne-am simțit ca acasă. Este complet utilat, are tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil.

Sejurul a fost reușit, locația este super dar trebuie atenție pt curățenie, mai ales ca am fost o familie cu copil mic.

Localizarea a fost perfectă

Foarte murdar, probabil au un contract cu o firmă de curățenie care fac foarte de suprafață igienizarea, pahare murdare de ruj, nespălat pe jos, iar praful pe plantele de plastic și pe lângă mobilă foarte mult.

Lipsa unui balcon propriu-zis, există balcon, dar e open-space cu dormitorul. Lipsa unui loc de parcare privat. Aici as da un minus, pentru faptul ca a crescut considerabil factura la telefonie din cauza plății parcării 12h/zi. Fiind zona centrală, nu ai opțiunea de a achita/zi

Extrem Schmutzges Badezimmer

Es war eine Top Lage mitten im Zentrum.

Verstörend war zu Anfang, dass wir trotz Buchung bei Booking.com noch eine Buchung auf der Plattform des Vermieter machen sollten (Kreditkarten wird für Schäden benötigt, usw. ...). Die Wohnung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche ist der Holzboden defekt, der Parkett ist gehoben und es fehlen einige Bretter. WZ ist in Ordung, auch hier sieht man aber auch die gebrauchsspuren an der Couch. Das kl. Schlafzimmer hat unmögliche Federkernmatratzen, welche extrem hart sind und die Federn zu spüren sind. Das große Schlafzimmer mit adaptieren Balkon um die Raumgröße zu erhöhen ist trotz 6em Stock sehr laut (Strassenlärm). Das Bett lässt einem bei jeder Bewegung aufwachen, extrem lautes Knarren. Es hat auch unterschiedliche Höhen der beiden Matratzen. Leider reicht der große Heizkörper im Zubau des Balkons nicht die Raumtemperatur über 19° zu bekommen (keine Isolierung, an den Wänden im adaptieren Balkon läuft das Kondenswasser runter. Jetzt mein Highlight das Badezimmer: so etwas stinkenden schmutziges grausigen habe ich noch nie gesehen. Die Dusche kann schon lange nicht geputzt worden sein am Boden nur im Bereich wo der Wasserstrahl auftrifft nicht glitschig. Daneben überall ein rutschig Belag inkl. SCHIMMEL. Die Haare der vorangegangenen Gäste waren das kleinste Übel. An der Waschbecken Kanten klebte etwas undefinierbares mit Haaren an mehreren Stellen. Danke Nein

Amplasarea este de top! Apartamentul este ok doar ca mai are nevoie de cateva lucruri de intretinut (mici chestii). Domnul Markus a fost foarte amabil!

Sincer, putin greoi procesul de rezervare cu acel formular extra, pentru cineva mai atehnic e mai dificil. Cum spunea altcineva, este cam galagie in dormitorul mare noaptea, desi am lasat si jaluzelele...tot degeaba.
