Central location

Although I understand that it is not the owner's business, the facade of the building is under renovation, so you will see scaffolding on the window...maybe my bad luck, but on the day we stayed there was a dead pigeon near the door...cleaning done superficially ,in some places not at all...the rooms being tall, cobwebs on the top...mess on the sofa, in the room the sheet in the double bed was stained, a sign that the linen had not been changed, luckily I found where the linens were and had to change them all realizing that all the pillows and duvets and mattresses are dirty gray....somehow on the outside the fence is painted inside the leopard...the hood is full of grease, the microwave oven is yellow inside, the fridge also needs to be changed, mess in the corners of the hall . In the bathroom, tubes of shower gel, shampoo and others, but as an idea for improvement, don't put a tube of shampoo or any kind of 500 ml for the tenants to use for a month... if some crazy person comes and puts something in them. ..that's why we didn't even approach them. I didn't expect a 5 star location but for the same money as here I stayed this summer in Constanta and Thassos where I didn't have any of the problems listed above I chose this location because of the good scores on Booking, but sometimes even these can be misleading

Everything was perfect. The host is very nice and kind, communication with him was excellent. The apartment is even prettier live than in the pictures, spacious, comfortable and clean. The location in center is also excellent, everything you need is nearby. We are very satisfied, and we will definitely come back again. I heartily recommend this place.

located in the ground zero of Timisoara, the first bar of the many ones you can find in the center of the city is in the same building as CATALINA RESIDENCE CENTRAL. The residence has everything you need, you're the only one missing :)

at the time of my staying, beginning of august 2020, there was no air cooling unit installed, which can be quite important during hot summer days. however, i'm sure that the host will install one in the foreseeable future

Este foarte bine situată, chiar în centru, este liniște, paturile sunt confortabile, bucătăria este bine echipată.

Nu neapărat deranjant, dar dacă stau mai multe persoane, pentru a ajunge la baie trebuie trecut prin una din camere unde poate dormi cineva.

Camera spațioasă, aerisită.

Baia trebuie refăcută!
