Great hotel, great stuff

All was great, the accomodation, stuff. We had a problem with our car, and the hotel helped us so much. Especially we want to thank Andreas for everything. Too bad that there is no options for 10+ stars, because they deserve it. Hope to stay soon again in your hotel. We can't thank you enough. Best regards from Ciric family

Spotless room, fresh atmosphere, and ideal for a family of four.

Everything was excellent. We arrived after a long journey at around 3:30 a.m., and the late check-in was handled smoothly without any issues. From the moment we entered the building, there was a lovely fresh scent throughout. Our room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the towels smelled amazing. The cleanliness was spotless. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again if I have the chance.

Not recommended if you want to sleep!

The room itself is ok. It has all modern facilities one would expect.

The cleanliness in the room is superficial. Dust can be seen on large surfaces of furniture, etc. hair found on the couch, dead spider under the couch pillow. But most important is the fact that you cannot rest or sleep in the location. There are 2 restaurants/terrace closed by which play loud music all night long, starting from 22 to 4am. Even the windows are soundproof, the building itself is not. So one can understand how you feel the bass in the room. The smallest problem is the soccer field where people are enjoying the football game right under your window. Definitely not recomending it! After 12 hour of driving I suffer additional 6 more of that stupid music before actually have a few hours of sleep!

The staff at the reception was very friendly and the lady who brought us the breakfast in the morning was very kind as well. Breakfast was good value for the money paid.

Unfortunately I could hear people who were walking and talking on the corridors in the night and the music from the nearby restaurants during the night (probably a late wedding). The music from the gym downstairs also played quite loudly. Bed sheets are a little bit outworn but they were clean.

Very nice experience in Timișoara.

The room was very nice, interesting idea of having this floor like design, we enjoyed it. The beds were confortable, we got breakfast in the room at an established hour. There was AC available and we could just adjust it to match our preferences. The room had a lot of facilities and we felt very good in there. The cleaness was the biggest plus. And the price was significantly smaller than the other properties I found while checking. This one also offered access to sauna and gym for the guests. The complex itself is situated is a quite place and there is a lake and a couple of restaurants around. They also have a terrace which we enjoyed. The staff was young and polite.

They forgot to bring the breakfast in the first morning, but they conpensated with a sweet treat in the evening. The location was quite far from the city center, but close to the mall and to a tram station which we used. Even if the room is for 4 people, there were only 2 sets of velssel and cutlery, 2 coffee pods, 2 towels (butl we were offered more towels when asked). These can only be pieces of advice for the owner, because overall the experience was very good.

Not good

It was very spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfy. There's a parking lot right outside where u can leave ur car for free.

The fact that I could barely sleep bec of the loud music played by the surrounding bars/restaurants. They brought us lots of salame for breakfasr every single morning and no pieces of toast but just bread. The rest of what they served for it was OK though.

I had issues with the payment. My room was cancelled by mistake as a no show and I have been charged by booking even though I paid my room. Now i am struggling with booking to get my money back. This is time wasting due to an error of the accommodation.

It was a great experience. Definitely a place to come again.

It was really surprising when we entered the room and found everything looking really neat. The air conditioning was working. Except for the previous occupant leaving an annoying cigarette aroma in the toilet, I think this is a pleasant place to stay! The young people could do with a bit of more professionalism but in general they were really nice and helpful.

The cigarette smell in the toilet. Also the location of the building was a bit less impressive. The inside is way more beautiful than the outside. Our car was visible from our room and I think things are generally safe in that place.

Good for the price

Very nice new property with a gym and rooms with air conditioning.

There was a lot of people with loud music that pull up very often. Staff was not the most friendly but not horrible it’s Romania. Also stairs to get to the king size bed that if you’re not careful or elderly you can very easily fall down on, ask me how I know….

Big and comfortable room, bright with big windows, cozy beds and pillows, good breakfast

Breakfast is the same every day and served in the rooms. No sound isolation between rooms (one could easily hear others in next rooms).
