Nice and cozy accommodation in a boheme area, a (literally) short walk away from the center

The residence is situated in a very nice area of the city (one of my favorites, the Iosefin quarter). Property was very clean and well equipped and also had a specific enjoyable charm, if you would like to experience other than the traditional hotel. Has a nice courtyard which you might enjoy if weather is appropiate. Host was proactively supportive, trying up hand, to make sure we will enjoy our stay. Location is (truly) pet friendly.

Great location near the river and close to the centre.

Location was great. We found it a nice 10 to 15 min walk along the river and through the park to Victory Square and onto the other squares. The room was spacious and the bathroom a good size. The shared kitchen/breakfast worked fine and there was enough variety for us.

The bathroom was beautifully upgraded but with old buildings there sometimes can be a drain odour and when we arrived the window was shut and it didn’t smell very good. But keeping the window (which had mosquito netting) open the smell disappeared.

Superb

Actually, we didn't get to stay here because of a problem at the border control. Still, the hosts were very helpful and informative beforehand and even tried to help us when we were in trouble at the border. This is really exemplary and more than we could expect. They seem like really great hosts.

Great hosts, great location, beautiful rooms!

We want to thank Adina and Onuț very much for providing this great stay for me, my mum and the dog. The rooms and the community area are beautifully stylisch and modern renovated, and even when it´s hot outside, they stay cool (very important for the dog). Breakfast is provided in the kitchen to self serve and the kitchen has everything one could possibly need. The location is great, a short walk to Piața Victoriei, all in the shade alongside Bega River but parking is much easier and big old tress keep the car cool. Adina provided many useful tipps and recommendations and was VERY caring to make sure all is fine and alright for us. Thank you so much for your exceptional effort! We definitely are coming back, and will recommend to friends and family for sure :)

The very only thing we missed a bit was something to put up the shower head - but maybe it was our fault and we just didn´t get the system ;) Should have asked on side when we met the hosts, but kept forgetting it. So not a real big thing obviously.

Comfortable Stay

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this apartment, and overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, they did not significantly impact my stay.The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed. The living area was cozy and had plenty of seating options for relaxation. The bedroom was comfortable, with a good quality mattress and soft bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and functional, providing all the necessary amenities. Close to the center, close to the Bega river promenade. Located in a quiet area. Beautiful location, high ceiling, tastefully decorated. Public transportation was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. The communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. They were responsive to my inquiries and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Additionally, they were helpful in offering recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

One aspect that didn't quite meet my expectations was the open kitchen concept. While the kitchen had everything neded, it did lack some privacy, especially during breakfast preparation. Another minor issue I encountered was the creaky doors. Although they were functional, the noise they made when opening and closing was a bit annoying. It would be beneficial if the doors were properly lubricated or maintained to minimize the noise.

Nice property

The room was spacious, with a high ceiling, as shown in the photos. The (walk-in) shower room is nice and modern. The breakfast area (common for all 3 rooms) is nice, with 3 small tables and a corner sofa. You can make yourself tea/coffee or even cook and find something to eat in the fridge and in the storage boxes available. The parking is on the street but it is really easy, especially with a Timpark pass you can buy online (very cheap). The location is a bit away from the centre but we liked the quiet street and the walk to the centre, especially if you go over the pedestrian bridge (Podul de Fier), get a (really great!) coffee at Narativ Speciality Coffee and then go on through the central park :-) Timisoara was great, we really loved being in the city for the first time! The host, Adina, was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The room we stayed in (number 1) is adjacent to the entrance gate. The noise from the gate opening/closing is ok when people go through (it only opens half then) but much noisier when cars go through because of the mechanism installed. You can get used to it but it's still annoying, especially when it happens later in the night, given that the bed is on that wall (might be a good idea to move it to another wall...). Unfortunately, on the night before leaving a neighbour had a party with very annoying music (rave like with continuous beating) that went on till 6:30am! We could not sleep much. The hosts tried to get the guy to stop but after about an hour he put the music up again. Plus, the people at the party kept talking and making noises around the building which added to the overall discomfort, even when the music noise was lowered. It is not the fault of the hosts, of course, but it made the whole experience unpleasant and very tiring, especially as we needed to drive about 6 hours the next day.

Cozy hidden gem in the heart of Timisoara

This is a cozy and comfortable 3-room apartment in a beautiful older building, it’s very close to the center, but it’s set on a quiet street. My room&bathroom were beautiful, and there’s also a common space and a kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast. I need to give a shout-out to the absolutely wonderful hosts that let me stay there even after check-out hours, as the room was not occupied that day. I also had free parking on premises, which is so important, given that you cant really park anywhere for free in the city. I will return here for sure when I am back in Timisoara, and will recommend it to all my friends.

Místo,jen kousek od centra.Zaparkovat se také dalo. Super kuchyně ,plně vybavená

Matrace,ale to je o zvyku. Tyto byly dost měkké . Sousedi …..jelikož jsou 3 pokoje vedle sebe.Meli jsme psa,bohužel chování sousedů z Německa ,kteří každé ráno nevim proč,ale ve 4 vstávali na výstavu psu a tahali kovové klece po zemi,měli zaplou tv a odjeli v 6,kdy člověka úplně vzbudili a ještě byli arogantní …….

Timișoara, într-adevăr mica Viena, un oraș ce trebuie luat la pas, măcar o data în viata.

Locația este excelenta, la 10 minute de mers pe jos de centru, stații pentru mijloace de transport în comun la 2 minute de mers pe jos. In imediata apropiere este supermarket pentru cumpărături, cafenea și restaurantul "La Maria" unde poți manca bun si ieftin. Aerul condiționat ne-a ajutat sa trecem de "codul rosu" de canicula. Pe terasa de la intrare, umbrita toată ziua, poți savura liniștit și în liniște o cafea. La 200 metri distanta, P-ta Maria si Biserica Reformata Cetate , locul de unde a pornit Revolutia din 1989. Esti, cumva, la "km 0".

Très bonne adresse!

Chambre confortable dans une maison proche du centre et de la rivière. Nous avons eu la chance d'être seuls pendant toute la semaine, et la chance aussi qu'il y ait la climatisation (nous avons eu besoin par ce temps de canicule). N'hésitez pas à faire un tour au Royal Chic Pizza, une terrasse au bord du canal et à deux pas de la maison. Hôtes très aimables et réactifs à tout. Merci encore pour l'accueil!!

Confort, intr-o locatie aflata intr-o zona linistita.

Gazde primitoare si receptive. Locatie amenajata cu mult bun gust, cu grija si atentie la detalii. Zona linistita, la o statie de autobuz de centru orasului. Foarte buna conexiunea cu mijloacele de transport, la capatul strazii aflandu-se statia de tramvai si de autobuz. Aproape de piata. Locatie care agreaza animalele de companie, fara sa perceapa taxe suplimentare.

Totul a fost la superlativ.

강가에 있어서 산책하기도 좋고, 완전 중심가가 아니지만 가까운 곳에 멋진 관광지가 있어 좋았어요. 조용한 주택가라 편히 잘 쉬었습니다. 침대도 좋고, 큼직하고 도톰한 수건도 좋았습니다. 방은 사진과 그대로였고, 공용공간은 생각보다 좋았어요.

Excepțional

Ne- au surprins plăcut mărimea, designul , curățenia si parfumul camerelor. Baia e spațioasă si bine dotată. Apartamentul este foarte călduros la propriu și la figurat. Am avut la dispoziție dulciuri, sucuri, cafea, ceai, cereale pentru micul dejun, iaurt, pâine.

Nu a fost nimic să nu ne placă.

O pensiune corecta, frumoasa, ospitaliera si Pet Friendly

Ne-a facut mare placere sa stam la Branko's Residence: locatia este situata in centru, la nici 10 minute de mers pe jos de zona pietonala si de baruri si restaurante. Pensiunea se afla pe o strada linistita dintr-o zona placuta, unde am gasit usor loc de parcare, iar la 30 de metri, in capatul strazii, se afla o cafenea cu cafea foarte buna. Camera este mare, spatioasa, curata. Am avut acces si la bucataria utilata cu toate cele necesare, unde proprietarii, in plus, ne-au pus la dispozitie cafea, ceaiuri, iaurturi si chiar si covrigi proaspeti dimineata. Locatia este cu adevarat Pet Friendly, caci am fost foarte ospitalier primiti impreuna cu puiul nostru de Ciobanesc Romanesc Corb, iar la pensiune am intalnit si alti turisti cu catei. Pensiunea are si o cute mica si imprejmuita, cu iarba, de care cateii se pot bucura din plin. Comunicarea cu proprietarii a fost excelenta si le multumim pentru amabilitate. Vom reveni cu siguranta si noi, si cainele nostru!

Ne am simtit perfect.

Absolut superb. Bucătăria\livingul comun o idee minunata. Curatenie impecabila. Gazda amabila. Strada frumoasă si liniștită. Cățelul nostru e de acord:) Vom reveni!

Edit: se pare ca am fost certati din cauza ca s-a urcat cainele in pat iar afara ploua si era noroi. Sa stiti ca noi am avut preventiv in bagaj si ditamai prosopul pentru a sterge catelul in caz de nevoie, prosop pe care l-am folosit de fiecare data, la fiecare iesire in curte - insa pare-se ca nu am izbutit sa-l aseptizam pe placul dvs. Nu stiu cum un proprietar de cazare pet friendly se asteapta sa para ca nu a trecut nimeni pe acolo (pentru ca in rest am lasat totul luna), mai ales cand afara e noroi si ploua non-stop timp de 2 zile. E ok, in urma acestei mustrari ridicole, nu vom mai reveni.
