It’s a fantastic place to stay! Everything is new and spotless. The flats are in a new building really close to the city center. The equipment is top-quality, the beds are super comfortable, and the view from the upper floors is amazing

There is no reserved parking in front of the building, but it is usually possible to find a spot nearby. We experienced an issue with the electric door due to a dead battery, but the staff responded quickly and provided us with keys to another apartment.

Very enjoyable, clean, and modern accommodation

Very comfortable apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Looks modern, was clean and the best part was the complete privacy. You can check in whenever you want because they send you a code to unlock the doors.

The bathroom was very clean but the cleaning equipment was just left there when we arrived and hadn’t been removed.

Everything was really great. Apartment is beautiful, fully equiped with everything you need. We were welcomed with vine and candies, which is nice gesture. Apartment is located in new building, located very close to city center. Access to the apartment is very easy. Comunication with the owner was almost not needed beacuse everything was well explained in advance, easy and we had everything we needed, but they made us aware that they are available in case we need any support.

I have really nothing to say here. Everything was just perfect.

Great location&comfy bed, but construction site, poor cleaning, unclear parking & weak communication

City of Mara is 10 min walking from Old City, 15 min walking or 4 min drive to Iulius town. Super markets, coffee house, gym and other facilities are just on a 3-5 minutes walk. River side 3 minutes walk. Very comfortable bad.

1. Building under construction... practically in the building and on the floor you can listen the workers using drillers in the walls and how they are finalising the details of the construction. Elevator and the hall of the building it’s full of dust. Almost never the front door of the building is staying open as the workers are using it constantly. Outside on the window you can observe full construction mobilisation where a huge crane its doing the operations in front of your eyes. Construction workers are everywhere working on the facade of the other buildings, working without a t-shirt or other health and safety measures in 10-15 meter hight. 2. Poor cleaning of the apartment…. Some places are full of dust probably months of not touching the wood, table not cleaned properly, toilet just a superficial touch…under the bad and close by full of dust. 3. Not properly communicated the parking spots available, especially the ones of the building. 4. No one responded on the messages on booking 1-2 days before arrival. When we arrived in the apartment and we had questions about the parking no one answered until Monday morning.

Highly recommend! Clean, close to city centre, beautiful!

First night we were stay in studio, it was great, very clean, very beautiful room, and also balcony view was perfect. Then we decide to stay one more night, but we didn’t have reservation, and we contact Hubix, they found us another bigger apartment, which also was perfect, clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend Hubix Suites to everyone! That was great experience!

Brand new apartment in a new luxurious building. Everything was spotlessly clean! The instructions were good and checking ourselves in and out was super easy. I would recommend!

The apartment was very clean, cozy and everything inside it is new. Also, the location is excellent and found free parking with ease.

Nou,mobilier frumos,camere spațioase,utilat cu tot ce este nevoie,locație aproape de centru și obiectivele turistice,priveliște frumoasă chiar dacă se lucra în apropiere la alte construcții și împrejurimi.Am fost întâmpinați cu o sticlă de vin.Comunicare bună.

Nu s-a tinut cont de atentia la detalii , desi un apartament nou, erau multe lucruri necorespunzatoare, apa de la duș ajungea în hol,ușa de la baie atingea gresia și nu se deschidea suficient,unele scaune și masa se mișcau din toate încheieturile,gândac de bucătărie sub chiuvetă.

užas strava i pakao

Ljudi moji, nemojte nikad ovde da dolazite jezivo je prljavo, ja ne znam za ostale apartmane ali apartman 38...Ljudi mi kad smo ušle prvo kao gledamo kako je veliko i lepo, dve sekunde kasnije ja osetim užasan miris, ne menjaju vodu mi onaj mop za pod i zato ceo stan štipa za oči oseća se kao na budj neku, tačno to čime brišu pod, u kupatilu samo još krokodila nismo našle, prašina, muške dlake u kadi, po celom toaletu sredstva za čišćenje, kanta i mop, kanta puna vode!!!! Ja reko ajde dobro desi se, ČETKA ZA WC ŠOLJU LJUDI neću da ulazim u detalje, umalo da polomim kuk na wc šolji jer nije fiksna daska znači krenula sam da padam u levo, onda da stvar bude gora ja nadjem oko kreveta djubre, prijavim gospodji koja mi je izdala stan, poludim tu već i kažem da mi vrati pare za jednu noć i da ja idem dalje, da ne želim tu da spavam i drugu noć, ona kraljica šalje čistačicu da mi donese vino u znak izvinjenja, ja sam joj rekla da mi ne treba vino i da neću da pišem recenziju samo da mi vrati novac i da neću želim svadju, ona me ignorisala i poslala opet čistačicu koja je bila tu dok smo mi bile napolju. Vratila sam se i stan ljudi JA SE SAGINJEM ISPOD KREVETA SVE ONO DJUBRE JE SAMO GURNULA POD KREVET. Ja nikad više prašine nisam videla, cela koža me svrbela, užas. Gospodja mi se naravno nije javljala dva dana uopšte na kraju sam htela da pišem bookingu i da pošaljem slike kako im izgleda stan ali mi je bilo žao da uništavam ljudima posao ali stvarno 0/10 PREPRLJAVO i ajde sve, ali da žena neće da se javi na telefon...Tek je pisala kad je znala da smo izašle iz stana. Na kraju je refundirala, ruku na srce, nakon što je rekla da moze samo jednu noc da refundira, ja sam rekla vazi ne treba mi pisem bukingu koji ce sve refundirati posle je ona odmah refundirala tako da eto velika antipreporuka ne zbog necistoce nego zbog bezobrazluka ljudi da mene ona kulira dva dana a ja joj pisem da sve smrdi i da gutamo prasinu...

Odlicna lokacija, lijep stan ali potrebna je mnogo veca briga i angazovanost izdavaca

Lokacija apartmana je odlicna. Blok naselja je nov i jako lijepo je organizovan. U blizini je Lidl. Apartman je komforan, svijetao. Kuhinja je jako dobro opremljena (kafe aparat, toster, mikrovalna, pecnica s rernom).. Kreveti su jako udobni. Vrlo komforan, udoban smjestaj za 4 odrasle osobe.

Imali smo samo 2 peskira, a platili smo boravak za 4 odrasle osobe??? Od trenutka ulaska u apartman do izlaska nije bilo moguce komunicirati s izdavacem. Nije nam radio wi fi, slali smo poruke preko bookig platforme, na kontakt mailove izdavaca a jedini odgovori koje smo dobijali su bili predefinisani mailovi dobrodoslice i pred kraj dana mail s instrukcijama za odjavljivanje. Kupatilo ima ozbiljan problem jer voda iz tus kabine curi pored vrata i izlazi u dnevnu sobu. Posteljina je bila prljava. Sto i stolice rsklimane do potpunog rastavljanja.

Un apartamento espectacular

Apartamiento recién reformado. Cuando llegamos la temperatura era perfecta, se agradece llegar y que el apartamento esté caliente. Contaba con todo lo necesario. Cuenta con una pequeña terraza muy agradable.

Un pequeño aspecto a mejorar, la presión del agua de la ducha aunque entiendo que no será fallo del propietario.

Annyira új, hogy még építették a többi szintet, és a szomszédos épületeket. A 10. emeletre a 2 liftből csak 1 működött, az is építési forgalommal. A kommunikáció mindig más csatornán működött (booking.com, mail, sms), emiatt nem vettük időben észre a szobacserét érkezés előtti órákban. Kommunikálni nem lehetett velük, mindig automata válaszokat kaptunk, hívást nem fogadták.

Locație excelentă. Aproape de centrul orașului. Proprietar amabil și disponibil. Cu toate ca zona este într-o continuă dezvoltare, apartamentul este foarte bine izolat și poziționat încât să nu avem parte de nici un disconfort.

Am avut o experiență minunată la acest apartament din Timișoara! Zona este excelentă – liniștită, dar foarte aproape de centru, de un centru comercial și de supermarketuri. Apartamentul este foarte curat, totul nou și amenajat cu bun gust. Este complet utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Ne-am bucurat și de parcare, un mare plus! Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent. Recomand cu încredere și cu siguranță vom reveni!

Am avut parte de o experienta excelenta. Apartamentul este foarte curat si amenajat modern,exact ca în poze(poate chiar mai frumos). Gazda de nota 10-amabila si mereu disponibila pt orice întrebare,ne a pregatit si un mic cadou🤗. Zona liniștită cu acces rapid spre centru sau punctele de interes din oraș. Parcarea a fost un plus important. Cu siguranță voi reveni data viitoare când trec prin zona!
