Totul minunat, chiar aveti de toate si s-au gandit la toate (uscator par, fier de calcat, masina de spalat, bucatarie super utilata, cafea si mici atentii dulci, produse de igiena la baie si bideu incorporat), confortabil si curat, la o distanta foarte buna atat fata de centru cat si data de Iulius Town

Aproape de centru, călduroasă, utilată cu tot ce era nevoie, supermarketuri în fața blocului, ușor de comunicat cu proprietarii.
