We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, with Iulius Town shopping mall just a 2-minute walk away. It was also very easy to find free parking behind the building. The host was kind, responsive, and always available to help. We would definitely stay here again.
The only minor issue was the shower water temperature. It was difficult to adjust, as the water would quickly switch between very hot and very cold, making it a bit uncomfortable to shower. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Eingentümer sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt an der Mall und der Vermieter hat sich viel Mühe gegeben mit der Einrichtung. Ein weiteres +++ gute fest Matratzen und wirklich sauber im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen die eventuell günstiger erscheinen aber bei weitem nicht so sauber sind! Und sehr neuwertig was einfach Spass macht.
Ein Splitgerät AC wäre in dieser großen Wohnung sehr hilfreich - Lösung da eh nicht benötigt, Türe ins Wohnzimmer schließen da von uns unbenutzt, dann wird es ausreichend kühl in der Wohnung.

Easy check-in with clear instructions made the arrival very smooth. The apartment is quiet thanks to the windows facing the inner yard, and they close well, which helps keep the noise out. The price-to-service ratio is fair and overall it’s a comfortable stay. The only thing I missed was a good coffee machine, that would be a great bonus, especially with Nespresso nearby, but I managed well with the many good coffee shops in the area.
