Really good communication from the owner, secure parking, clean, tidy and in a nice area. Walkable distance from a supermarket!

Very pleasant stay

Beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet apartment. Apartment is exactly as appears in pictures, no surprises. Reserved and private parking which is key. Host is receptive and prompt to respond and address any issues. All Amenities for short or long term stay. Good location…20 minute walk to shopping mall and short taxi ride to city centre (approx 20-30 lei) Small grocery store on Main Street.

A little mishap which was promptly resolved by host.

Our best holiday in Timisoara

Great option for solo travellers and couples! The room was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The mattress was very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, Wi-Fi was fast, and there was secure parking in the backyard. The host was very welcoming and friendly, always available if needed. We also appreciated the location — lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

One small note: the bathroom floor was quite slippery. A rubber mat would be a helpful addition. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

Ne-am odihnit o noapte, intr-o locatie decentă, in loc sa călatorim pe polei si ger

Apartamente intr-un bloc nou, proprietate privata cu curte interioara si parcare privata pentru masini. Se face self check-in, gazdele sunt atente si saritoare pentru a raspunde oricaror cerinte de bun simț. Aparatamentul este curat, nou, modern si bine echipat cu cele necesare pentru a te putea simti bine și pentru a-ti prepara singur o cafea sau un mic dejun. Noi am ajuns cu doua masini si gazdele chiar au fost foarte amabile si ne-au permis ca una din masini sa ramana acolo pana cand au venit detinatorii sa o ridice.

La plecare a fost o intrerupere de curent care a produs o oarecare disfunctionalitate: a trebuit sa vina cineva sa deschida manual poarta electrica pentru a putea iesi masinile dar, asemenea situatii sunt inevitabile si rezolvarea a fost de bun simț.

veoma dobar smeštaj sa neprijatnim iskustvom na kraju...

Ulazna kapija nema senzor, prilikom izlaska drugog vozila za redom kapija je počela da se zatvara i značajno je oštetila suvozačeva vrata!!! Neka vlasnik proveri na kamerama šta se desilo i reši problem.

Зручне розташування. Можливість пізнього заїзду. Безкоштовний паркінг на закритій території, але вузький проїзд.

В помешканні був неприємний запах через який важко було заснути. Стіни біля ліжок брудні. Диван в вітальні не зручний для сну. Губка для посуду була вже кимось використана до нас.

Tutto. E per la seconda volta che abbiamo avuto l'appartamento 5. Molto pulito, con tutto quello che potresti avere bisogno per sentirti come a casa. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Odlicno. Preporucio bih svakom.

Odlicna lokacija. Miran deo grada. U dvoriste zgrade se ulazi na daljinski, parking pokriven kamerama. Zgrada je nova, sve je cisto. WiFi dostupan

Pritisak vode je slab, ali to ne mozgu zameriti vlasniku jer to nije njegova krivica.
