Jafar Resort 9 Penthouse

Big penthouse apartment with a huge terrace, nice big bathroom, well enough equipped kitchen for shorter stays, thermostats in every room, self check in and free on site parking. Location is awesome, you have lots of shops, restaurants, café etc, all near by and the city center is a 5’ drive. Safe area, beautiful building.

The furniture is pretty outdated and the kitchen has old appliances like an old electrical oven with a stove top instead of a microwave, the location is fantastic but it’s right on a roundabout of a busy street so if you like to keep your windows open it can be noisy but there is air conditioner and thermostats with floor heating to control the temperature so I mostly kept the windows closed. No furniture on the huge terrace so you can’t really enjoy sitting there and having a coffee but this is not a huge deal :)

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top! Die Größe ist super, Ansicht mega! Sehr einfach zu erreichen, Supermarkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung kann sehr viel anbieten, wenn es sauber wäre 😕

Wir haben 2+2 gebucht und erwartet, dass es doch das Bett/ die Betten für die Kids auch gemacht worden sind- was es aber nicht. Sobald wir damit angefangen haben, war ich total geekelt, wie dreckig die Sofamatratze ist, Sofa auch sehr schmutzig....die Bettwäsche, die im Schrank waren, sagen für mich nicht so aus, es wären gewaschen 😕 Staub im Schlafzimmer, im Bad, die Kaffeemaschine war mit Kaffeereste und total schmutzig ( hab versucht sie zu waschen - die Kanne usw aber zum Schluss hatte keinen Bock mehr uns Kaffe zu kochen! Die Tassen mit Lippenstift im Schrank......🤢 Kühlschrank - ausgenutzt und dreckig! Eine Fehlbedienung hat gefehlt! TV unnutzbar. Sehr Schade! Super Lage und man hat die Gelegenheit viel anzubieten und zu verdienen aber..... Wir hätten im Hotel gegenüber gebucht+ Frühstück inkl selber Preis, aber weil hier neu und sehr schön aussah, top Bilder haben wir uns dafür entschieden!
