There was a party in some apartment upstairs which made a lot of noise at night.

Great place! Excellent for families and groups of friends.

The place is excellent for a group. The rooms are spacious and well-lit and there is a big terrace. We felt right at home.

The iron was missing and we had an event so we really needed one..but we managed and had a friend bring one over

Excellent, big, clean, new.

Very large apartment, two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms, a huge terrace. Set up new, and the apartment is very clean. Underfloor heating and in the apartment and when it is outside 0 degrees can stay in a T-shirt. There is no parking, but there are always places on the street in front that are not charged. There's an elevator, and a shop in the same building. Excellent pizza shop across the street and shop 0-24h also across the street. The apartment is close to the mall center Julius and the Amazonia aquapark (a few kilometers).

Service (plate and glasses) only for three people even though the apartment is for 6 people.

Curatenia in general. Usile la baie nu se inchid. Frigiderul era nespalat. Am vazut un cuptor cu microunde piesa de muzeu. Mobila veche

Super iskustvo, uz par zaista malih korekcija, ovaj stan bi bio zaista bez konkurencije.

Smeštaj je komforan, nov, terasa savršena. Parking smo pronašli lako, u okolini zgrade nalazi se odlična picerija i fast food, kao i nekoliko kafića.

Opremljenost kuhinje zaista loša, nema šolja, nema noževa, nema tiganja, par čaša i to je to. Nama nije smetalo jer smo bili jedno veče, ali verujem da može biti problem ako neko dolazi na duže. Ovo je samo preporuke za vlasnika da uz par korekcija može imati stan bez konkurencije. Takodje, na terasi bi bilo fino da postoji neka garnitura. Higijena nije na zavidnom nivou, proverite orman u spavaćoj sobi u kome je nešto zaboravljeno i toliko neprijatno smrdi da smo odmah zatvorili. Takodje, trebalo bi da se doda neki sapun, toaletni pribor itd.

Čist i prostran apartman sa velikom terasom. Pogodan za višečlane porodice. Lokacija dobra, u blizini marketa, restorana...

Nedovoljno opremljena kuhinja. Terasa bez garniture za sedenje.

Große geräumige Wohnung, schmutzig und sehr schlecht ausgestattet

Große Wohnung mit riesigem Balkon ohne Terrassenmöbel, toll ist ein separates WC außerhalb des Bades. Fußbodenheizung, sehr gut isolierte Fenster, dadurch nachts leise . Klimaanlage. Das war’s aber auch schon mit Positivem . Die Küche ist katastrophal ausgestattet, nur zwei große Teller für 4 Personen, anfangs 3 Stühle für 4 Personen ( einer wurde nachgeliefert) kein Küchenhandtuch, kein Küchenmesser, ein einziger Topf, kein Salatbesteck, kein Schöpflöffel .Es gibt keine Mikrowelle, wie in der Auflistung der Wohnung angegeben. Der Herd ist aus dem Mittelalter. Steht separat und wackelig in der Ecke . In den Schränken und Schubladen liegen Haare und Staub . Da wir das Sofa zum schlafen brauchten, mussten wir es beziehen und damit einen Blick unter die Sitzfläche werfen. Der Dreck von Jahren sammelt sich dort…. ganz gruselig. Die Steckdosen funktionieren nur zum Teil ( die meisten nicht), die Badewanne ist aus Kunststoff und es sind Ritzen offen zum Fußboden, die voll mit Dreck und Staub sind. Kein Duschvorhang , dadurch der Boden immer nass. Die Bettwäsche aus 100% Plastik, fühlt sich an, als decke man sich mit einer Plastiktüte zu.

Prljav je kao da niko godinama nije čistio. Samo promene posteljinu i daju manje peškira nego sto ima ljudi koji su prijavljeni da će boraviti u stanu. Niti jedna vrata u stanu ne mogu da se zatvore.
